- CCChanel Curbeam2 days ago1.0I loved going to this location until I saw a lady in there with a dog. Dragging it by the leash. In the produce section. The guy putting away fruit and the girl working flowers both came and petted/hugged the dog. Then went back to work. I told management so they can wash their hands. But they wouldn't have on their own. Just disgusting.

I visited the Towson location as the website stated that it was avalible but upon looking in the isles it was not. I then asked customer service about the issue and they stated "why didn't you just call" in reference to me stating that I traveled to the location and it was not avalible. I did not get the workers name but needless to say my experience at the location was subpar especially since they would not even help me look for another location that has them in stock the lady kept stating "you could just call".

I needed help with an item and the heavy set lightskin young lady that works at self scan was no help she had a nasty attitude. She didn't say hello. She had her foot up on self scan with her arms folded. It took 6 minutes to come over to assist me. There was no customer's around. These young people are very rude and no respect for their elders
