  Very slow and terrible customer service even when not busy at all. Makes zero sense. They need to hire people that actually want to work and do their jobs bc the employees here are not that. Last time ill even bother. Waste of time

  NO PLAY PLACE here. If you are looking for a traditional McDonald’s Playplace it’s NOT here. They tend to do ok here. It gets busy. Your food order won’t always be perfect, seems to be a thing among a few other locations as well. Need a LOT of help with the bathroom area though.

  This location is just bad. Most times I come here, communication is an issue and orders are constantly messed up because of it. Customer service is also consistently poor, with staff having bad attitudes. Me and my partner are native Spanish speakers, and we’ve overheard employees not only talk about us in front of us but talking about customers in Spanish like we wouldn’t understand. (Because we don’t look it) but we called it out directly when it happened. On top of that, the food is always cold and the orders are frequently wrong. This has happened too many times to ignore at this point. Overall this location needs serious improvement in customer service, communication, and order accuracy. Look at the reviews below this seems to be a pattern.
