  Shoutout to Yamil! I stopped in today for a late lunch and early dinner. The new setup threw me off at first since I'm used to ordering at the counter and then finding my own seat. It wasn't a big deal, I just wasn't expecting the change! Before long, I spotted a familiar face. Yamil has been here since the grand opening, or at least it feels that way! His customer service is always efficient, friendly, genuine, and welcoming. He recommended the skirt steak, and it was a great recommendation. It seems the recipe has returned to what it was before COVID, which was a pleasant surprise. My meal arrived hot and absolutely delicious. As always, it's a pleasure dining here. I prefer this location over the Columbia, MD location any day of the week! I'll definitely be back and hope to see more familiar faces. Thanks again, Yamil!

  I had a very disappointing experience there. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. A kind young employee named Olivia was helping me with my order when another employee, Nancy, abruptly interrupted and instructed both Olivia and me to move to a different register. Olivia remained professional, courteous, and did her best to make me feel welcome despite the situation. Things became even more uncomfortable after we placed our order. Less than 20 minutes later, after ordering food from the establishment and sitting down while waiting to pick up our children from school, I noticed Nancy speaking with David( maybe he is the manger). Shortly afterward, David approached us and asked us to leave the seating area because our order was "to go." We had purchased food there and had only been seated for a short time. Had David approached us politely and asked about the situation, I would have explained what had happened. Instead, the interaction left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me of situations where customers feel judged based on their appearance or background. I cannot say for certain what motivated the treatment I received, but it left me feeling discriminated against and deeply uncomfortable. I would like to thank Olivia for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Employees like her make a positive difference, and I hope management recognizes her efforts.

  I stop by once in a blue moon- most recently on the Saturday before Christmas while finishing up my shopping. I overheard a staff member telling another customer the wild salmon Niçoise was her favorite so I decided to order it. It was delicious, packed with flavor and very filling. I would absolutely order it again. This location’s interior would benefit from an interior upgrade or even just a refresh. Of course the space is still functional, but it has a 90s/early 2000s feel to it and it would be nice to see how it would feel with some new touches. New tables and better lighting can really go a long way.
