  I had such a great experience thanks to the cashier today! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked up. She handled everything quickly while still taking the time to be kind and make conversation. Her positive attitude honestly made my day and turned a simple visit into a great experience. Customer service like this is hard to find, and she deserves recognition for the amazing job she did. Thank you for being so awesome Leyna.

  The portion sizes are ridiculous, we are spending hard earned money here and it’s a child’s size amount of food. I understand you have new staff and are training them to not over serve because your million dollar corporation might lost a few dollars, however the alternative is literally robbery. No way the amount I got is actually your trained amount. I ordered salmon and the server prompts to split the tail piece of a salmon fillet in half which is already thin. Why are you breaking this in half?

  Every time I go to this location the staff make small mistakes on my order and it’s driving me nuts. I’m so tired and so hungry and think about Cava all day so when the workers add crazy feta to my Greek salad instead of tzatziki like it’s supposed to come with, I'm going to be very disappointed. Another example, I had asked for a different dressing but the guy didn’t hear me correctly and put on a totally different dressing, I tried to stop him but he wasn’t paying any attention to me. Obviously these are not big mistakes but they could be avoided and end up being the thing that make me hesitant to come back to this location

  I had ordered a 3 different salad and one of them had a 2 bug 🐞 and I went back to the store to talk with the person who is in the charge, i was very polite when I talk to him, so nobody can noticed that issue, his attitude it was so weird and don’t even apologize or say sorry about that. He just said ohh i will hold that salad and I will give you money back. seriously 🤔 that’s all and he seems like doesn’t care. I have attached the video of the bug 🐞

  CAVA never disappoints! Fresh ingredients, so many healthy options, and everything always tastes flavorful and fresh. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my bowl was made perfectly. Love that you can customize everything and still feel like you’re eating something delicious and good for you. Definitely one of my go-to spots!
