⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at CAVA in Towson on Goucher Blvd ❤️ Jovanni, Nazareth,Evelyn, Alexandra, Susie and Jaeda treated my family and I with incredible kindness, patience, hospitality and excellent customer service. Jovanni wowed us as he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with an awesome comforting smile and kind heart; Nazareth with her lovely attentiveness and warm spirit; Alexandra with her kind helpfulness and patience; and Susie with her kindness and incredible welcoming hospitality. Together, they made us feel genuinely valued, not just like customers 🫂 The food was delicious with a wonderful variety for both vegan and meat-eating members of our family. The portion size was impressize, the inside and outside was neat and clean, it is a peaceful, tranquil environment with yummy food for all to enjoy. Thank you all for such a lovely experience. CAVA is blessed to have this team and we were blessed to experience them❤️🙏🏾

I had an amazing experience at CAVA! From the moment I walked in, everything was top-notch. The restaurant was clean, the ordering process was quick and seamless, and the staff was friendly and professional. A special shoutout to Jiovanni for providing exceptional customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service that truly stands out, but Jiovanni definitely delivered. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer care—I’ll definitely be back!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to cava today and they are serving with spoons that you eat with cereal. Imagine how much rice I got! I asked for some more they said it’s extra for more RICE. Imagine how much protein I got. I could count on one hand on pieces of protein I got. When we got to veggies. Mind you ! The tablespoon is used for portions!!!. I had to keep asking for extra ! They are sooooo skimpy it’s sooo bad! I wish I took a picture of how this bowl looked !+ it was $18 for almost a veggie bowl! Which is not what I went there for ! I do not recommend. Chipotle and qdoba serves more which is sad considering that it’s been conflicts with portions! Cava is by far the worst food chain when it comes to portions? Tablespoons ? The spoon you eat cereal with. Are you kidding me.
