  I recently visited the store in Timonium on Monday (June 8th) morning, (which I frequent weekly for my large orders), and I arrived at 6:15am to get the Storebrand Honey Maple Turkey as that is all my daughter will eat for lunch. I was greeted by the woman behind the deli counter with an abrupt "we are closed, we don't open until 7am!" No hello, no let me get you what you need (as they were preparing the pre-cut meats and cheeses for the rack). Would have been easy, could have been professional and courteous, but nope! Just nasty. I never write reviews, but Giant needs to not advertise that they open at 6am, and not be able to service their clients that get up extra early to get a last minute needed item for their kids lunch!

  I placed an online order for TIMONIUM and received confirmation. When my husband arrived they stated that my order was for HUNT VALLEY. (THE HUNT VALLEY STORE DID NOT HAVE ALL OF THE ITEMS THAT I NEEDED ORIGINALLY....SO THE ORDER WAS PLACED WITH TIMONIUM) I would NEVER place a partial order at 2 locations. I was told by customer service that morning at the Timonium location (05/16/2026 @ 10am)" that if all items ordered are not at one location, that the computer will automatically generate the order to the location closer to the address of the customer." This made no sense whatsoever.Again, THATS WHY I ORDERED IT FROM TIMONIUM BECAUSE HUNT VALLEY DID NOT HAVE ALL OF THE ITEMS. AND IT WAS ONLY 4 ITEMS.When my husband arrived at the HUNT Valley Giant, they stated that they only had 1 of the cans of CLAW CRABMEAT. I NEVER EVER PURCHASE CLAW CRABMEAT. (I ORIGINALLY ordered LUMP CRABMEAT FROM THE TIMONIUM LOCATION)However the HUNT VALLEY GIANT did have the other 3 items ordered.(WHICH WERE OF NO USE TO ME BECAUSE THE CRABMEAT NEEDED TO BE SPECIFICALLY ....L U M P!!!(When I looked at the online order while my husband was still present at the HUNT VALLEY GIANT STORE, the TIMONIUM Store had ALREADY CANCELED THE ORIGINAL ORDER PLACED. THE TIMONIUM STORE WAS TRYING TO COVER THEIR ASSESS BECAUSE THEY MADE THE ERROR. I HOPE THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT THAT GAVE ME THE BS EXCUSE ABOUT "THE COMPUTER SYSYEM GENERATING AN ORDER TO ANOTHER STORE IF ALL ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, gets fired and they replace her with a comedian from the Saturday Night Live TV show ...because SHE IS A JOKE AND THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BELIEVE WHAT SHE STATED. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM GIANT AGAIN. SHE CAUSED ME MUCH FRUSTRATION AND STRESS , SHE RUINED THE EVENT THAT I WAS PREPARIING THE DISH FOR DUE TO HER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. STAY AWAY FROM THE TIMONIUM GIANT LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
