  Very slow service. On a Saturday evening they had 1 poor guy running the drive-thru and the lobby. We waited almost 10 minutes to just have our order taken.

  My husband and I stopped in to the Thurmont Taco Bell/KFC on 4/14/26 to grab something quick because we were pressed for time. When we walked in there wasn’t a clean table in the entire place, floor was dirty, and there were only 3 other people (one being an employee) eating. My husband ordered something from the KFC menu and I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza. His food was dried out and old. When my pizza came out it was not hot, the cheese was not melted and there was only sauce on half of it. I took it up to the counter and asked for a refund because that was unacceptable when there were no other customers waiting for food or waiting to order. The employee told me we do not give refunds. I said I am not eating this and I asked for a manager. The manager would not come out (unprofessional and pathetic!) and just told her to remake it. She did and brought it out. Still wasn’t right but we did not have time to waste. About 20-30 minutes after eating it I became ill and over the course of a few hours I became worse. I experienced stomach pain, extreme bloating, and nausea. I believe there was something done to my food, or they are not sanitary, that caused my symptoms and illness. I walked in there feeling 100%. DO NOT EAT THERE!!! It is a disgusting environment and the worst fast food restaurant I have see in 12 years of living in Frederick county. This was my first and last time going there and I will now never eat at a Taco Bell anywhere again! They should be shut down!

  I stood in line for at least 20mins before I ordered. It def sucked. Staff was short handed. They were at least apologetic. I'd gave given better review if the food was up to par, but it was barely warm and they messed up the order pretty bad. I got stuff I didn't order and the stuff I did order was wrong. They tried to bring in a 2nd cashier but she didn't know how to use the register very well and tried to talk me into a combo I didn't want so it would be easier to ring up. Overall, worst TB experience in 30yrs...
