  I visit this location multiple times per week. There have been a few instances of poor customer service but today was especially upsetting. I placed a mobile order and arrived at the location about 5 minutes later. There were about 3 cars ahead of me, yielding an additional 5-7 minute wait. Mind you this is after providing my name at the speaker and being told to pull forward. At the window I was told they had not received my order. After having multiple staff check the system and showing my receipt in the app more than once (an additional 5 minutes), I was told they would not make my drink as the order was not showing up in their system. I was told I could come inside to figure it out or request a refund via the app. As I patronize this location frequently, I think it was absurd to not have my drink prepared given clear evidence of a purchase. I would rather go out of my way than be inconvenienced by a Dunkin system glitch and met with attitude by your staff.

  They don't acknowledge you when u are at the window for 5 mins they have they back turn on you there service is poor they never have coffee syrup for frozen coffee dont go there u will regret it

  I've only been here once and I was worried seeing all the negative reviews but I went in for pickup, the staff greeted and thanked me immediately. My drink was already prepared and tasted delicious and just how I wanted it. In and out in less than 30 seconds.

  Drivers—thru person give me a bad service like he was judging me. I feel like he was judging me for ordering and he didn’t make my drink, right

  I’m in confusion why the donuts I received were stale???? Literally a newly opened location, how is this even possible?
