  This dunkin needs a better team management. The drinks are horrible they don’t take your order right they seem to judge you when you say something. They take forever to take your order.

  I ordered an ice coffee with no ice as I always do because it's for the next day. This particular location informed me that they have to put ice in the coffee. On a previous visit there I was informed that they couldn't fill the cup because I requested no ice. Like what? Why have a no ice section on the app for the store if you're not going to honor it? No other location does this! I'm not expecting this location to be open for long. Customer service is awful! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I emailed Dunkin as well.

  Hoy fui a comprar un café y solicité el código del baño mientras hacía la fila para ser atendida, la mujer que estaba atendiendo, me dijo que estaba ocupando, mientras esperaba por mi turno para que tomen mi orden, la persona que estaba en el baño salió, volví a preguntar por el código del baño? la mujer respondió es solo es para clientes, y yo respondí y quien te dijo que yo no voy a comprar, que falta de empatía y si alguien no tiene para comprar y necesita el baño? no le prestan,donde queda la solidaridad y humanidad.

  The slowest Dunkin I've ever been to, it took about 17 minutes to get bagel with sausage, and when I finally said something, the lady gave me an attitude and told me there is only one person making sandwich's, even though there was like 7 different in there, the young kid who looked like manger was scrolling on his phone the whole time, very unprofessional, setting the pace for the rest of the group. Like another reviewer said earlier, no sense of urgency in the morning, it almost feels like you're bothering them putting an order in. When I finally got the food, it was cold, not warm, but actually cold and hard. Never going back here again, not worth the attitude or hassle they give you.

  This was actually my first time being at this location. And I always used to see it walking past coming home from work. I decided to treat myself because I haven’t had Dunkin in forever. Upon arrival, I wanted to do a mobile order, but apparently they didn’t have that service available. This restaurant is actually small from any other ones that I’ve seen. I thought that it would’ve been bigger from the outside, but I was incorrectly wrong. Mind you there’s no kiosk here.. so all your transactions will be face-to-face. I ended up getting a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant, snackn bacon and a hot latte. I was one of the first people to arrive and the last person to leave. There were about five other people that came after me With all simple orders an individual who wanted a refund. Upon arrival I wasn’t greeted, even though There was a staff member on the floor who was standing & Replenishing napkins. I don’t think it takes but a second to say I’ll be right with you. But I Wasn’t in a rush. But I waited Patiently for someone to attend. I had made eye contact with a younger boy Who seemed to be working the drive-through he ended up coming and taking my order. No greeting just pretty much. “What do you want?” I told him my order which takes About 3 minutes. I pay for my order & moved to side. As Im examining the whole storefront. I would have to say it was absolutely disgusting in there. Floors were dirty had nothing but trash on the floor, Counters were grimy. Tables still had food particles and leftover drinks. And don’t get me started on the bathroom oh my God. Eyuuuuck I understand that we all have bad days, But this one girl in particular definitely made the scene uncomfortable. Maybe I’m just very observant and aware. Her Attitude Was absolutely disgusting, Her rolling her eyes being very impatient when people are asking questions. Very snarky. It seems to me that she was giving favoritism because she was barely doing any work. Mind you, everybody is busting their ass. And she’s literally walking around sipping juice & being on her phone. As I’m still waiting on my latte that is supposed to be hot but for me to be the last person. I would’ve expected it to be scorching hot NOPE.. my latte was literally cold. That defeated the purpose of me buying a hot latte, but whatever. And lastly, the food in the display case looked extremely stale and old. Their options were very limited when it came to donuts.
