I hate leaving negative reviews because this Dunkin' has the potential to be a great location, but the service is consistently slow and lacks any sense of urgency.
Most customers stopping here are on their way to work, yet it often takes several minutes just to move one vehicle through the drive-thru. During my most recent visit, the customer in front of me only had a drink, hash browns, and snacking bacon, yet nearly four minutes passed without the line moving. Meanwhile, there were multiple employees working.
I had placed my order online ahead of time, and after waiting, I finally had to leave the drive-thru and go inside because my order was already prepared. Once inside, I wasn't acknowledged at all, despite two employees standing directly in front of me. I had to say "excuse me" twice just to get someone's attention. When I asked if my order was ready, I was told it was, but one employee had to tell another employee to go get it. Even then, there was no urgency in bringing it to me.
Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time experience. It's the same issue every time I visit this location. The lack of customer service and efficiency is frustrating, especially when other Dunkin' locations are able to move customers through much faster. At this point, I'd rather drive farther to another Dunkin' than continue patronizing this location.
I hope management addresses these issues because this store has the potential to provide a much better customer experience.
