- TTTamyraMay 6, 20261.0Do not order from this place. A delivery driver named Michael was supposed to deliver. Not only did he complete the order before he arrived but he also went to the wrong address. The man believed I had a ring camera, my lights were off, and that guys were talking on my porch above me. Thats the complex next to me. Important thing about being a delivery driver which I am one myself is admitting and being open to having the wrong place. That door 204 over there has a ring camera. I know this because sometimes delivery drivers deliver over there. Had the guy checked the number more correctly he would've saw the wrong number. I will be emailing corporate and every email I can find. When I called dominoes to let them know not only did the guy refuse to believe he had the wrong place him and other employees constantly hung up when I was trying to relay to them what happened.

I called multiple times just trying to get an update, and either no one answered or I got the same vague “it’s on the way” response. Clearly, it was not on the way. At that point, it felt like I was just being brushed off instead of anyone actually checking on my order. It’s beyond frustrating to spend your money and time expecting a simple delivery, and instead you’re left chasing down your own order with zero results. Completely unacceptable service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The delivery took way longer than expected, and there was barely any communication or updates about the delay. The worst part is that my food never even arrived. I kept waiting with no explanation, no call, nothing. It’s incredibly disappointing because you expect convenience and reliability with delivery, but this was the complete opposite. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.
