  I used to love this place until I placed an order on the McDonald's app, I never got my food so I called and asked for a refund, they put my refund request in and then I proceeded to reorder the same food again because I never received it the first time. Days later I still receive no refund and I call back and they tell me im denied a refund and they won't give me any reason why, I still never received my food nor refunded for something I never got. That's theft and they say theirs nothing they can do about it. Get a better delivery service!

  About the only thing nice I can say is that at least the kids that work here are nice. I ordered three sandwiches last night. I was already hungry It was late on top of waiting in a very long line that almost wrapped around the building. As soon as I put my hand in the bag and put my hand on the burger which was hastily wrapped I could immediately feel a hard stale bun on a barely cooked hamburger. I only took a couple of bites before I just took the bun off completely and ate the lukewarm meat. The second burger was no better. I'd also gotten a fish sandwich in the bun was practically rock hard biting into it. For $16 is it too much to expect a bun that's not stale? For about 20 I probably could have gone down to the Mexican place and gotten a freshy cooked meal and almost the time it took me to get through the drive-thru. I wish I could say this was just a one time occurrence but it's not and it seems to be common throughout various McDonald's I've been to in the area. I don't know why I expected something decent it's just not.

  Drive through always crowded, service backed up due to short staffing/walkouts manager lady is nice doing her best to stay afloat Always missing something from my order generally a main and not a side. But due to a combo of terrible employees work ethic and being absolutely packed at peak hour I would have to say sucks but I can't really expect better if the workers are inconsistent

  This location always sucks. No matter what time of day, day of the week, or time of year. I've waited over 25 minutes for 16 nuggets and some fries. The drive thru is busy and there's a lobby full of people waiting while an employee sweeps the foyer. Just a horribly run location.

  Worst McDonald's ever. I go here almost every day and order the same thing, and somehow they always mess it up. If they get it right, the bread is burnt, eggshells in the egg, sloppily put together, forget drinks or sides. I've tried ordering in advance on the app so it's 100% correct and no room for communication error. Doesn't matter. And they never have it ready, whether ordering in the drive through or on the app it's always at least 5 minutes of waiting in a spot. Don't understand how this location can be such a disaster.
