They were all hauling ass and cranking out online orders, folks in the store and drive through. Not a phone in sight. Must be they hired a new crew. Food and drink were what you’d expect from a Dunkin’s.

How is it you forget to add sweatner to a brown sugar shaken espresso WITH REGULARITY!?!?

Because I show up at maybe 7:35pm and try to order a drink, just to be told that they "close soon and already cleaned the machine to make that so they can't make one". Is there no manager or supervisor there, so the employees can just be lazy and decline customer orders because there's "only" almost a half hour until close? Better yet. As I drive off and leave, I see the employee just texting and playing on their phone in the kitchen. So just plain old didnt feel like working.
