. I rarely leave negative reviews, but what happened today felt so deliberately disrespectful that I believe it needs to be addressed. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. The manager consistently comes across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and unfortunately, today’s experience went far beyond poor customer service. When I arrived, there was no one at either the Dunkin’ or Baskin-Robbins register, and I waited approximately 2–3 minutes before anyone came out to assist me. I am a frequent Baskin-Robbins customer and had a reward I wanted to redeem. When I asked the employee how to use it, she seemed unfamiliar with the reward and called the manager over to help. I was then told they were out of chocolate ice cream, so I stepped over to look at the available flavors and choose something else. Rather than continuing to assist me with the order I had already started, the manager walked away. During this time, several other customers came in AFTER me. Instead of allowing me to finish the transaction I had already been waiting for, those customers were served ahead of me, leaving me to get back in line and wait behind people who had arrived well after I did. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I felt noticeably overlooked while Hispanic customers who arrived after me were assisted before me. As a non-Hispanic customer, I was left with the very uncomfortable impression that I was being treated differently because I was not Hispanic. I cannot speak to what was in anyone’s mind, but I can absolutely speak to how I was treated and how the experience made me feel. After already waiting for assistance and trying to sort out my reward and order, being pushed behind customers who arrived after me felt purposeful and incredibly disrespectful. At that point, I simply walked out. Good customer service means acknowledging the person who was there first and finishing their transaction before moving on to customers who arrived afterward. I should not have had to fight to maintain my place in line simply because I needed a moment to select another flavor after being told my first choice was unavailable. I have overlooked previous issues at this location, but today was enough. I left feeling disrespected, singled out, and unwelcome. I do not plan to return to this location, and I sincerely hope management takes a serious look at how ALL customers are being treated.

Worst franchise ever! Always running out of ice cream...especially Chocolate chip...just poor service and stock. Get rid of the Baskin-Robbins title and just sell donuts!
