    I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. When I placed my order, the employee only added one slice of pepperoni. I asked for more, and when I checked the food, I noticed the pepperoni looked discolored (red and brown), which was very unappetizing. I asked to speak to a manager, but the employee told me she was the manager. I then requested a refund because I did not feel comfortable eating the food, but she refused and insisted it was fine to eat. I also took pictures of the food as evidence. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I’m very unhappy with the service and food quality. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

    I want to start by saying no offense to the employees, but this location seriously needs attention from Subway management. Possibly terminate franchisee agreement. Based on my experience, the staff appears poorly trained and not following standard preparation practices. The food quality was very concerning. The tuna looked unusually pale, as if it had excessive mayonnaise mixed in. The ham did not seem fresh, and the vegetables were soggy and unappealing. Despite noticing these issues, I still decided to place an order using the advertised $6.99 deal, along with another 6-inch sub priced at $7.29. At checkout, the pricing was completely inconsistent. The total initially came up to $24, then changed to $20. When I questioned it, the employee called another staff member, who gave a vague explanation that the “sub of the day” had changed and that they could not override the system. I was then told I would have to pay $20, with only a 10% discount offered. This was frustrating, as the pricing did not match the advertised deal, and the staff seemed unsure how to resolve the issue. Between the poor food quality and the lack of clarity and training, I chose to leave without purchasing anything. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location, and I hope management takes steps to improve both food quality and staff training

    I attempted to put an order in last night at 8:50. The app said to order before 9 because the location would not receive it due to the restaurant closing at 9:30. So I ordered within those requirements. The app confirmed that the restaurant received my order for my one sandwich and deducted the money from my bank account, I also received a confirmation email. I arrived at 9:04 and was greeted by two teenagers, a young lady and young man whom had just finished closing up the Subway and were almost finished closing up the Annie Anne's connected to the Subway. The you lady greeted me with a "Are you here to pick up the online order?", acknowledging my order, and then "Sorry, we're not making the order because it did not come through." 🤔. I was confused and showed my app and confirmation email, the young man employee paced around the restaurant with a grin. She responded with "Well, we're closed now so we can't make it, sorry" I replied "Ok well I will just be back in the morning" and she promptly walks to the back. Talks loudly back and forth with the other employee and then comes back out 30 seconds later claiming "I just called my manager and they said since we did not receive your order on our end then we can not make it, and if you want a refund you need to call corporate in order to get your money back" I then asked for a phone number and she then instructed me to "Google it, you should find a number that way. But we're closed now, so sorry" and then walks to the back again. This is the second issue I've had personally since this location has hired these kids. The last time I put in an online order, I waited an hour past the the app telling me my order was ready. I have heard plenty of other issues from family and friends that I will not speak on because I did not experience it first hand. I am returning today to attempt to find some kind of resolution, and I will update this review promptly. Update: I returned to the store and the owner was there this morning. He apologized and made my sandwich. I am also receiving a full refund through Subway corporate.
