  The manager yelled at his employees who were actively serving customers to “Watch your Portions.” As expected, our portion sizes of all toppings were immediately pitifully small. They have lost our business, and we will not be returning, nor would we recommend it to anyone.

  I have never encountered a chipotle that constantly suffers from, failure. They are constantly out of something, like rice, or chicken. Online orders are at minimum 20 minutes behind schedule. Today we were told 5 minutes for rice, and then 10 minutes later told it would be another 15 minutes. This is at 6:00, peak dinner rush. Staff goes to get manager and the Manager won’t speak with anyone. Won’t come out of their office. Tells people to request refund online via app, but online won’t issue refund. 40 minutes after order, no food. It’s wild.

  Worst experience I’ve had at Chipotle. I ordered a bowl with EXTRA rice and got home to find there was literally no rice at all—just beans and dry, burnt chicken. I went back for a refund and asked why they would send an order out like that, and the employee said it was because they didn’t have any rice. So instead of telling me or offering an option, they just sent me home like that hoping I wouldn’t notice? That’s completely unacceptable. What made it worse is there was clearly a manager there who saw how upset I was and didn’t even bother to come over or say anything. Bad food, wrong order, and terrible customer service. Definitely not coming back.

  I cant lie and say im not flabbergasted at this establishment. Less of everything and paid more than we should have for it. The lady behind the counter asked if I wanted double meat after giving less rice than ive ever been used to seeing and then proceeded to give half the usual amount of meat on the bowl. My jaw dropped. I figured she was asking due to people wanting alot more than normal. Nope, it was because we now recieve less than the standard 4 oz you are supposed to get for meat at this specific establishment. In all my years of coming to Chipotle ive never received less food AND also paid the most I ever have for it until today. 2 to 2.5 Oz(and the latter is being generous) of meat in a bowl for $12+ is absolutely unsatisfactory and to have to pay extra for the standard 4oz is criminal. Ive always left Chipotle with food in my bowl for later and today I'm leaving still hungry and also disappointed thoroughly at this outing. If you respect yourself and your wallet, dont come here.
