  Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I have a blue collar job where I have tk work hard all day long. During my well deserved lunch break, I order a steak and chicken bowl from this chipotle. I get back to work because I have to eat there and I open up my bowl and see 4 dollars worth of meat in a 13$ bowl. I am beyond pissed and this is unacceptable. I can count the amount of steak in my bowl on 1 hand. Then I can count the amount of chicken in my bowl on almost 2 hands. This is pathetic. The only reason I didn’t come back is because I have to work. Thank you chipotle for ruining my lunch and I hope this chipotle gets shut down. 0/15 stars. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER

  The worst chipotle ever!! And that's hard to do. No rice at 11am. One person running the line, same person running the cash register.

  Extremely rude service. Wasn’t greeted with a “hello” when I went to order. Just got a “what do you want”. Was given attitude as if I was inconveniencing them for doing their job.

  I am disappointed by the customer service I received at the Chipotle location on 6400F Ridge Road in Sykesville, Maryland. I placed and prepaid for an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 5:20 PM. When I arrived, I checked the pickup shelf and my order was not there. I approached the register and explained that my order was missing. The employee working on online orders responded that the order had already been completed, then turned her back and continued what she was doing. I explained again that the order was not on the shelf. She turned around, looked at me, smirked, and went back to preparing other online orders without offering any assistance or trying to locate my order. I found this behavior unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Fortunately, another employee, who I believe may have been a manager, stepped in, apologized, and informed me that they would remake my order. I appreciated her willingness to help and correct the situation. My concern is not that mistakes happen, orders can occasionally go missing. My concern is how I was treated when I asked for help. A simple apology, acknowledgment, or effort to assist would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt ignored and dismissed as a customer. Chipotle’s slogan is “Cultivate a Better World.” I would encourage this location to also cultivate better customer service, professionalism, and respect for customers. Those qualities are just as important as the food you serve.

  Worst Chipotle ever... went to this location recently and they literally gave me nothing in my bowl. I asked for rice and chicken and they hardly gave me any, they weren't even full spoons. I reached out to Chipotle and "all they could do was offer a BOGO." Why do I need to spend more money to get a free bowl??? This Chipotle sucks and my family and I always have issues here. Do better Chipotle.
