- KHKei Kei HendrixJun 14, 20261.0Placed a delivery order for some wings. The wings arrived an entire hour later not fully cooked, cold and WHITE!! Totally inedible. I called the store spoke to someone who offered to remake them for me or a reimbursement for a future order. I chose to have them remade. Two hours passed and nothing. I called the store and spoke with the closing manager James inquiring about the remake. James very rudely told me that he’s contesting my claims that I was a liar and customers make up lies all the time. He stated the wings may have not been heated all the way through but they come cooked and therefore they were done!! I told him I could bring them back to the store and he threatened to call the police on me if I did. I asked him what would I be gaining from lying about my wings being uncooked and he continued calling me a liar. He was very unprofessional. He told me the store was a franchise and there was nothing that I could do to get my money back or the wings remade. He said that his GM also said that I’m a liar and the person that I spoke to was not supposed to offer me anything in return. And I’m confused because I forgot to mention when I called and asked where the new order was James said that their deliveries were backed up and that the driver had actually left the store and had forgotten to take the wings which were still sitting on the rack, I asked him did he expect for me to eat wings that had been sitting for two hours and he stated that my even getting a new order was made in error as I was lying. I’m genuinely trying to understand what I could possibly gain from making false claims about my order that I offered to bring back because they had not been touched and only asked for my money back AFTER he called me a liar!! He blatantly told me “I don’t believe you” when I told him the condition of the wings!

She cancelled my order with 30minutes remaining while open(i placed it 10:25), and then again with 20mintues.. both times the tracker app said SAMINA was making this pizza, like she space bared it off the que. Waiting a minute then canceled it. I called at 11:45 and proved they were still open because she answered my call to see if I was picking up a carry out order but then told me they were closed and that’s why my order was cancelled when I told her I wanted the deliveries. The manager flat out lies to me about them being open, that’s just bad business practice. Seriously that should never be an acceptable thing a business does after they charge your card and everything. Twice. Absolutely absurd, amazed SAMINA has a job in customer service. I hope they can do better in the future.

The last few deliveries have gotten progressively worse in regard to time. Orders are showing up beyond an hour after being placed. It seems they put at least 5-6 stops on one delivery route with our home seemingly always being last (sure hope no one is after us). The food is always lukewarm at best. I always receive a "that delivery wasn't what we'd hoped, here's a coupon" email after every single order. Like that is supposed to remedy it? I should've learned my lesson sooner and quit ordering. This will be the last time.
