- SRS ROct 8, 20261.0I’m disappointed with my experience here. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed inconsistent portions, especially with the amount of meat. Today, I received noticeably less than the customer behind me, who did not request or pay for extra, and my coworker in front of me also received a much more generous portion. When I politely asked about the difference, I received a strange look that made me feel uncomfortable for simply questioning it. I’m including a photo for reference. I understand portions can vary, but this has happened more than once. I’m not asking for special treatment, just the same treatment as everyone else.

Even during a long line they help me with my dairy allergy, this chipotle has gained me back!

Tonight they had a sign saying NO BOWL BURRITOS ONLY. Claiming to be out of bowls, meanwhile the girl making drive thru orders is making bowls right behind the guy saying no bowls. Terrible crew at this one.

NONE of it upfront pricing before it’s already opened and prepared, then you are compelled to pay for it. It made me so SICK I couldn’t bring myself to eat and just tossed it away. Just over IT.
