The chipotle it self is very welcoming and has plenty of parking and has a nice patio. And the New General Manger from this location Hector is very friendly and always has a positive attitude.

And if I’m being honest the bowl was so incredibly mid. And today I tried again and the payments were still not working and I got BEANS in my bowl when I didn’t order beans. I am allergic to beans.

Also what is the point of having a chipotlane if people are just going to walk by you over and over until you finally go inside and get your order yourself. It is annoying and disrespectful to be ignored. If you don’t have The staff to do it, I understand, but to have somebody walk by the window and grab mobile orders for people inside and not even acknowledge that there is a line outside for the last 10 minutes is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Even for me, my mouth is on fire. I had to google if Chipotle changed their recipe and nope literally states if it’s spicy it’s due to improper preparation. Would love for corporate to come here and improve the cooking methods this team is using. There isn’t much to rely on for food on this side of the bridge. It would be great if something as common as Chipotle could be counted on to stay up to standards. There’s zero reason for making the chicken this spicy when there are options to increase heat.

It was messy all over the place and it was cold. It tasted like straight salt and nasty seasoning. The steak isn’t even real steak it was like pork or something based off the texture. Waste of money never eating here again. Service was ok no one was there at the pick up area for online ordering so I waited a little bit. No one greets you when you come in either it’s very awkward.
