  Went into this store to pick up a Doordash order. Walked up to the register, I was ignored by the cashier for 15 minutes. I had to get the attention of one of the cooks to get my order. Also, why have a pick-up area if you're not going to use it? My order was sitting at the back of the store, not at the pick-up area where it should've been all along.

  This Chipotle is back to the companies former ways regardless of what the CEO claimed. They are going out of their way to give the smallest amount of chicken possible. A manager actually complimented a server on his portion control as he knocked chicken off the serving spoon for my bowl. I asked for me and they spooned out three more chunks. They also are back to shredding the chicken as well. Beware.

  My husband and I just got our chipotle( a burro and a bowl) 5:15 pm, the two guys at the front were amazing, I think this is one of the few chipotles that have a great service. Everything fresh, generous portions, Loved it!!!

  Pretty much your typical Chipotle. Food: Fresh and good portions, they don't usually skimp here even in carry out. My only suggestion is the fajita veggies are usually overcooked. I like them more aldente but that's my preference. Service: Never had a problem with the staff, always kind and hard working. Had my order get mixed up once or twice and they sorted it out without issue. NOTE: Can't say the same for the customers, on more than one occasion had the displeasure of being in line with entitled idiots. It's never ok to swear at an employee because your guac isn't right. 😳 Way to go Murica Atmosphere: Staff try hard to keep the place clean but people don't help, looking at you old man who complained about a cup and left your trash on the table. Otherwise my only real negative is the parking which to be fair is crappy for that entire shopping center. Overall a decent experience with a few minor nits.

  I was coming back from a long trip and decided to order online through the app. A promo for free guacamole showed up and I tried to redeem it, having met all the requirements. The app kept on giving me error messages no matter what I tried, so I shrugged it off and ordered without it. As I got to the drive-thru, I asked the employee about the error message and he said he didn't know as he is usually a cook. He did get a manager and the manager told me that the app was a third party company he had no control over and he couldn't help me. All I wanted was some kind of explanation, so I could not make the same mistake the next time, but he didn't even attempt to address it. Personally, I didn't really care about not getting the guacamole. The way in which my question was brushed off as not important enough to investigate was off-putting. If they entrust the care of the restaurant to that manager, I start questioning how many other corners are they cutting. I will most likely never visit this location again. Hopefully that individual gets some additional training in customer service and app knowledge for everyone's sake.
