- DDDonna1 day ago5.0Everything about this place is wonderful. The location, food and service. Our server was excellent on recommendations for food, drinks and things around the area. I would love to come back again. We were able to get right in for dinner at 7pm. Fresh food and great fresh flavors.
- MMMelinda MacFarland4 days ago3.0I hate to write a bad review, but this place was a huge disappointment. I don't know why there are so many good reviews. I had the seafood fettuccine - it wasn't cheap. The seafood in it tasted fresh & the cook was good. It was the tasteless sauce that was surprising. I had to add salt to get any flavor, which I rarely do. It tasted like a can of tomato sauce. The garlic toast also had no flavor & didn't seem like it had butter on it - very dry. I asked for olive oil & vinegar to dip it in. My husband had the shrimp risotto. He said it was fine, nothing to rave about. The irritating part was it was a nice looking restaurant, but throughout the meal we were batting flies at our table inside. We couldn't wait to leave. No wait to walk in, only 2 other tables had customers. That should have been a warning to us. Our server was nice. No complaints w/her. We won't go back.

Hadn't been here since it was under a different name (I think "Castaways"; it was managed by the father of a boy I knew from Boy Scouts). Didn't get any food, just drinks (I had a hard cider: Woodchuck Blueberry, which --as someone who doesn't care for fruit -- didn't taste blueberry-y). Nice atmosphere (though it was a bit muggy, & the flies were kinda a nuisance).
