- DTdiana terry6 days ago1.0This was the worst Dunkin I have ever been in. Stood at the counter to order for 5 minutes. There were 6 employees there, finally 1 asked me if I needed something. Waited 10 minutes for drinks, had to go ask about my sandwich after 20 minutes. The employee then asked what kind of sandwich, said that she thought she didn't charge me for it, not true, and only then did my sandwich begin to be made. 25 minutes for a bagel, egg,and cheese sandwich. While eating another employee decided it was a great idea to start mopping right next to my table, literally. I had to move my feet so they didn't get mopped. I really didn't enjoy smelling mop water while eating. He proceeded to mop the whole dining floor so all of it was wet, making it interesting to walk across when I was leaving. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!! I want to add that I was from out of town and am a true Dunkin fan and have been in many locations in different states. This 1 is horrible.

Smashed sandwiches and no black pepper bacon hashbrowns cold and my lid came off my coffee cause they didnt have it on all the way ... what a shame DD

I have a little one who insists on saying hello from the backseat and gets very upset when ignored (as is the case at a lot of drive thru’s) - the staff here (especially the gentleman working most mornings) are very nice and take the time to chat with the peanut gallery in the back. :)

The girl doing the drive thru said, uhhhh, I know we didn't sell out, but I don't know where they are. To have your store be properly stocked during shifts is a must. Employee's should know where things are. Most other times im here employees are relaxing, as this location is not quite as buisy as others I have been to. Even at lax times in customers the Employee's should be cleaning or stocking.
- JHJennifer HarrisMay 14, 20262.0I always make it a point to go to the Smithsburg, MD DD if/when I go. They're always friendly & until today I've never had a problem. This morning the person at the window(I've never seen before) didn't even say Hi. Then when I got on the road & opened my sandwich it was cold. Nothing like a cold egg & cheese on English muffin for breakfast. I'm so disappointed. It's not something I can really afford, but there are times I have to grab something on the go. They are almost always my go to.
