  I always make it a point to go to the Smithsburg, MD DD if/when I go. They're always friendly & until today I've never had a problem. This morning the person at the window(I've never seen before) didn't even say Hi. Then when I got on the road & opened my sandwich it was cold. Nothing like a cold egg & cheese on English muffin for breakfast. I'm so disappointed. It's not something I can really afford, but there are times I have to grab something on the go. They are almost always my go to.

  They messed up everything about my order. I ordered a hot sandwich with bacon eggs and cheese and it was still frozen cold in the middle and no cheese. I ordered a donut and they completely forgot it, and the coffee I got was completely flavorless and so hot it burnt me even though I let it cool for 5 minutes.

  Often without power, constant smell of sewage, service varies, coffee drink consistency varies, food is either cold or burnt, management is usually unavailable, and franchise owner is never available by phone or at other location.

  Everytime I visit with my dad, we go through drive thru. My dad has a thick accent, and the workers often mistake him saying "iced" for "hot"? I don't mind correcting them at the speaker, but they often don't type it in before sending us to the window, and they always start making it hot. When we correct them at the window, they complain that we said "hot", but if they had plugged it in at the speaker, we would see if it had been entered wrong and corrected at the start. As a former Dunkin employee, it will not hurt to take a few extra seconds to say, "Of course, give me one moment" while you move from what you're doing to help the CUSTOMER.
