  The humans working there were very kind. The kiosk is buggy and their way of pouring/serving beer is weird and ineffective. I boutght a buritto, a beer and a tequilla shot for $21: beer $8, tequila $5, buritto $6 +tax. I never got a receipt from the kiosk dispite giving it my number. There is no option for a printed receipt. The "receipt" that was sent to the workers did not include my tequila. I bought another tequila shot and got the recipt sent to me that time. Instead of simply teaching employees how to draw a beer, they have these cups with a magnet on the bottom. The keg pops the magnet, then fills the cup from the bottom. Kind of a nifty idea, but the cup leaks and my beer was all head. They "poured" me another and it was warm and flat. I really think Tacco Bell should have spent the money to train their employees with a real keg rather than spend it on an inefficient gimmic. Food was standard quality for TB and the employees were nice.

  I came to pick up an order. The employee asked me to “confirm”. As I tried to take the picture, she held onto the bag in a way that I couldn’t take it properly. So I reached for the bag to get a photo. She resisted resulting in a torn bag. This escalated into her telling me to “cancel” as she took back the order then walked away. I was shocked. She then came back to give someone else an order so I tried to get my order again. I held open the pickup window to speak to her. Without warning, this 17 year old took the opportunity to close it, but caught my finger in it instead. This assault resulted in a gash and a bleeding finger. We both called the police. I had to go to urgent care to avoid an infection because all they gave me was a brown paper napkin. Meanwhile, the female manager on duty stood there watching the whole thing. When I told her what happened, she had a slight grin on her face and did nothing! Deep down I know that these people are racist towards us people of Color. And they are always slow at this location. However no one should be assaulted just picking up an order. It’s not over.

  I came here on August 15 at the location right next door to the T-Mobile store. I came in because T-Mobile doesn't have a customer restroom, and the rep told me I could buy something here and use theirs. So I did. Ordered at the kiosk, then had to ask an employee for the bathroom code. On my way to the bathroom I saw a big roach on the floor. On my way back out, it was still sitting in the same spot. Nobody had noticed it or moved it. I took my taco to go and never ate it. It sat in my bag all day and went into the trash when I got home. If there are roaches out in the open in the dining area, I don't want to think about what the kitchen looks like. This location needs pest control and…..someone watching the floor?

  The place was filthy. The trash was over flowing in the cans and there was a huge full trashcan of garbage right in the middle of the dining area. The tables where dirty and needed to be washed. I was trying to get some water and soda came out of the water dispenser. So I'm not surprised that the food made me so sick I had to rush Horne and miss my movie. Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell.
