  I cant believe the employees at this location! I will be calling the manger and write a formal complaint to the owners. I came in this afternoon with my mother in law and 5 year old. I ordered a protein Italian wrap. The Spanish girl working put 2 small banana peppers I said oh excuse me can I have a couple more she said NO. I said you gave me 2 tiny peppers and id like extra I'll pay for it if I have to she said NO. I said what do you mean this is subway its made to order. Like if I want a sandwich with spinach instead of lettuce or if I an allergic to onion but want pickles. She said no it comes how it comes. And continued to argue with me in front of my 5 year old. Then just plain stopped making my mother in laws sandwich. I asked the employees name and she refused so I got my phone out to take a photo and she threatened to call the police on me. For asking for extra banana peppers!!!!!! Seriously I walked out and they wasted food. To the owner I hope you read this and leave your contact number i would like to speak with you about this. You just don't treat paying customers in this manner! This was a situation I used to teach my child. Some people in this world are just mean. He said momma if I was working there id give you what you want. Im raising a good human those employees are not good people.

  I asked the lady if she had different/fresher lettuce, and she said no thats all they had. I told her no lettuce spinach instead, then 1 min later another lady came out and opened the refrigerator and took out a tray of fresh lettuce, and took out the old brown lettuce.bI looked at the other lady and said why you lied to me that's not nice,and to put fresh lettuce. She started arguing with me, and I told her thats not right. I told her I know the owner, and will tell him about her treating the customer. She started yelling and being combative telling me she doesn't care. She yelled at ke telling me not to be rude to her. I told her she was wrong and I would report and complain about her treatment of a customer..
