Removed one star for the bakery, some of the baked in house items aren’t well executed. Turnovers with no sugar sprinkled on top and underbaked, no extra flourish of icing decoration on cake slices and hard as rocks double chocolate cookies (too hard to eat, had to be thrown out). Seems they take shortcuts, better to use a different location for the bakery. Nice floral shop area though.

The store itself is just okay; it is well stocked with the essentials and the facilities are clean/well maintained even through things are on the older/more dated side. I've learned to come here only for frozen/dry pantry items rather than produce/fresh prepared foods (fruits/vegetables are always rotted or wilted). Check out stands are never staffed, so be prepared to go to self check out to pay. No bags are offered at this location, so remember to bring your reusable ones or plan to go without. Seems like a run of the mill location, so I have a feeling there's no incentive for corporate/regional management to modernize this location. My biggest frustration is with the level of anti-theft measures and surveillance in place. The entrance is gated, carts are equipped with locking wheels, there are multiple security officers posted at the front and at checkout, and there at least a hundred security cameras (not an exaggeration) watching your every move. The recording at the self-check out is concerning; every item I scanned got flagged, and a cashier had to review recordings of me scanning before they would clear the error. It's humiliating and time-consuming to feel like I'm under a microscope when I'm just trying to buy a loaf of bread. Police officers were there the last two times I went responding to something going on in the store, which doesn't help. I have a feeling that this is a high theft/high crime location that management just wants to stay afloat.

I had a really disappointing experience at this store and felt the need to share it because it’s a serious issue. Two days ago, I purchased five Cocojune yogurts, and when I got home, I realized that four out of the five were expired—one by almost three weeks and another by about ten days. Unfortunately, I had already given one to my son before noticing, which was extremely concerning. Today, I went back to the store expecting the issue to be corrected, but when I checked the yogurt section again, it had been restocked with the SAME expired products still on the shelf. This is not just a small mistake—it’s a serious health concern. What made the situation worse was how the staff handled it. I informed an employee, and instead of apologizing or taking it seriously, she dismissed me and told someone else to restock without addressing the problem. When I repeated myself, she responded in a very dismissive and disrespectful way. I then spoke to the manager, hoping for a better response, but he was just as unconcerned. He brushed it off, saying it’s a “big store” and only offered a refund without acknowledging the seriousness of selling expired food. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it involves products that could make someone sick. There needs to be better quality control and much more accountability from staff and management. I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled.
