And they don't make custom sandwiches no more it takes 5 minutes instead of having everything shipped from one place and corporate will be getting a phone call

For example I made a request in reference to an ongoing matter at this store location and I was ignored as if I was even present. This affects the overall rating at this location, and will contribute to me going to another store such as Giant Food Stores.
