  The crust on the "heart shaped" thin crust pizza tastes close to being a subpar cracker. This location has served me well in the past so I will stick to the regular crust going forward, but those other pizzas were perfectly fine so I will definitely order again, just using caution in regard to new menu items.

  Horrible customer service. I ordered cheese sticks online with an extra dipping cup. The driver bought me the order and I met her outside because of the difficult construction, tipped, her $6 and told her they forgot my dipping cup. She didn't seem to care so I called back. They said they were going to bring it 30 more minutes later they didn't bring it. I called again and I heard the manager say put her on hold, We don't have time to deal with it. They then told me that it got busy in there and they had to put me on hold All during the time but I can hear them being totally confused of what one extra dipping cup was. after that I decided to take my loss and told him. Thank you nevermind and Goodbye The driver finally bought one dipping cup back and stood there like she was getting another tip. Totally not cool

  I ordered 5 pizzas and the pizzas was awful watered down sauce All the toppings fell off the pizzas I’m very upset & disappointed $90 down the drain.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Nearly two weeks ago I ordered delivery directly from the store website, specifying I'd like an in-person handoff. Initially the estimate for delivery was 40 minutes. An hour after the estimate our dog barked, and we looked out the window to see a delivery person exiting our building with no warm bag in hand. We checked the freezing doorstep, and lo and behold, our order! Except a good portion of it was missing, the part that was delivered was cold, and our pizza was soggy as the only garlic sauce they bothered to include for the whole order of two large pizzas and breadsticks exploded and sogged up the pie. I tried calling the store multiple times with no response. Then I lodged a complaint online. A few days later I get a generic corporate email saying a manager would reach out, but none did. I emailed back only to be ignored. In the end I told my husband to initiate a chargeback.
