Manger came by the table and we try and explain what the virtual ID was and he got smart with us then walked away and as he was walking away he said “ you guys enjoy your water”. Well we went to TGI Fridays and didn’t have a problem with our virtual ID

The DR is dark and the lights at the table don’t make the place pleasant or comfortable. The service is another issue here. Someone tried to do her best but wasn’t enough. They aren’t happy people doing their job. Managers and owners, invest on your servers. The food? Not really how we expected. Steak unflavored. Chicken overcooked. Veggies watery. Wet rice. Only the bread was good. Recommended? No, unless they take seriously the business because the price is so high for the quality of the food they serve. McDonald’s tastes much better.

We are seated rather quickly, but the wait to have our drink and meal orders taken is much longer than it should be. There are no ‘check backs’ to find out if we would like anything else-and we have to ask for the check so we can leave. I line the bar area so we can watch sports. I would prefer if they did not seat persons with children in the bar.
