  no wonder this place has 3.5 review female cashier on april 20 2026 extremely rude talks to the kitchen staff and completly ignores you , male manager is nothing but a a rude person as well they are " petty " as hell charge every penny but give out the worst service and claim they are giving you more than what you are getting i had a argument with a girl about frappe and shake which one cost more i understand a large frappe coat more than a shake but initially she was telling me a shake is cheaper than a frappe and i told her no they are not the shake is 10 cents more she argues with me than her manager jumps in and says yeah the large frappe cost more than a medium shake but thats not what were were talking about 1st i said well give me a large frappe and she said no so i said okay than she said these cost more which is not even true so she was no longer talking about the large frappe she was saying that frappes cost more in general the manager didnt even hear that part so initially i wanted a straberry shake that they didnt even have and she still charged me for it being able to tell me i dont have it . i just belive is so wrong to argue and talk to a cuatomer like if it bothers you to give a better service even a refund for the drink upcharge would sound much more profesional . i work for 5 guys they even tell us when there is a mistake give the food for free dont take nothing back imagine if they had to do this they would pass out people are just so stingy with wtuff that they dont even own and food quality thats not even the best telle these people are not fighting just to give a free mc donald leal you know is very cheap make food rivhta sn the chicken a beef are just ground smash left over meat also fieda are jat friea potato is tevhnically 50 cents a bag for them stop arguing with customers over food that was necer invented to be argued about if anything mc donalds is not more famous for a happy meal relax

  Portion sizes keep getting smaller and I had to wait for 45 minutes to order my food. The staff were very nice and helpful. The little food you do get tastes okay.

  The manager Jefferi at this location not only ignored me for 15 minutes straight, but he allowed one of his kind to cut in front of me when I said something to him about it. He said I should’ve been in line and I told him I was in line instead of him, apologizing to me, he was very rude and he was acting like I was annoying him when I placed my order. Now I’ll be there. My small french fries that I received were not cooked at all and there were ants climbing on the table, which is very disgusting.
