  I ordered this morning two big breakfast but I was so disappointed because they didn’t put the pancakes on my order and I ordered 2 Big Breakfast it only came with the rest but without the pancakes the person who did that order should have said to the delivery person that they didn’t have pancakes so he or she will communicate with me to make a solution but I think that was not right because I paid for everything and I only got half I will never going to order anything from this place They do have Shame or respect if I have the opportunity to put zero star I will put it

  Drive thru worker must’ve been new because they were not knowledgeable of the menu at all, after many attempts I still got the wrong item

  Drive thru staff is very slow consistently each morning and seems confused. Been going to this one for the last 4 months. Every order is always missing something. Always….. Appears they don’t keep the same staff very long, so constantly retraining which just lowers the quality of food and service.

  I want to acknowledge Ms. B's exceptional professionalism and attention to detail in managing customer orders. As someone who frequently orders food from this McDonald's location, I appreciate her outstanding customer service skills, which are a testament to her being a valuable team member.
