  This store is the best on customer service. It’s employees provide a great experience. I left my keys there and the team kept them until I returned. Dasha, a store manager is always taking care of the customers and offering expertise in their products. Stephanie in the bakery took time to assist us even though she was working on stocking, she stopped to assist and acknowledge us customers. Here, you enjoy a good customer service experience. A huge kudos to the entire team and their Managers! Thank you to Charlene and Rebecca too!

  I went to the store with my friends . When we arrived there the store manager, a white bald guy with beard and glasses, said we can't buy anything from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm . Although we all had half schedule they said that even college students can't go buy anything during that time . And then they immediately forced us to leave that store and most importantly they had their ID flipped so that we can't even see there names. They didn't even have the written document to escort us out legally. The store manager was extremely rude. This is the worst customer service I have received in my life.

  Today I went to the store to buy flowers,after 2-3 minutes later the asset protection guy came and told us we cannot buy anything from the time 9am to 3pm because “certainly during school time” students cannot buy stuffs from store, I have a half schedule and I wanted to show the evidence to them but they told me “they don’t care”. Then I checked and made it sure that there is no written rule about it, I even called this store customer service and when I asked them about it they cut the call even before finishing the conversation, I don’t know how they treated us if it’s justified

  OMG Giant Food y’all are WILDIN with this new delivery switch 😭 Used to be straight Now? Third-party peeps got me waitin past the window, bags mixed up , items lost, and ZERO communication like hello??
