  On Thursday August 20, 2026 I made a stop a this Giant Located off of Cherry Hill Road in SIlver Spring Maryland to pick up a couple of things. After purchasing a couple of things I proceed to the parking lot. As I got to the door to exit the store my grocery cart lock up on me, I could figure out what was going on, so I tried to take cart back into the store and notice the young man who works there and I explained to him that my cart would not allow me to go into the parking lot. A few minutes later the manager was coming out the store and I explained to him the situation he begin to unlock the cart with a fogle key, before unlocking the cart he ask to see my receipt I show it to him. why are the cart locking up at this store when your entering into the parking lot????? Why did he asked to see my receipt before letting me proceed to my car!!!!

  I came in at the store yesterday aug 9 2026 which was yesterday and this Chinese lady(not in a racist way) she was really rude I’m pretty sure it was at check out 13 or 14 I don’t remember but me and family bought 1 case of Pepsi and we asked her for the discount and she said that we don’t get a discount with 1 case of Pepsi so i simply translated to one of my family members and they asked how much will it be if he bought 1 more case and she called someone over and she said they are asking me so much questions under her breath like if u got something to say then say it to my face and she was rude and she told us to move so the other costumer and go by so we moved but she said it as a rude way what a rude lady she doesn’t have manners I hope you guys can talk to her because that was rude of her saying “ they are asking me so many questions” like speak up next time.

  I haven’t been in here since it opened. It smelled like rotten food when I walked in. The floors and surface for self check out was dirty. Deer Park gallons out of stock. I will avoid next time I’m in town.

  Went here just now about the Western Union machine not working, I understand that it isn’t working, but the day before I ask will it work tomorrow she said most likely yes? Came here and NOW it isn’t working?? I’m so puzzled because my mother went back and fourth to the other western union to see if they can return our money but they said they couldn’t I’m like why? So much confusion was going on so I said okay, I’ll call the number ending with 6000 customer support, they said that they can still accept the receipt mtcn in return for our cash back. Then they say no? I’m so confused, I feel like this machine is like easy to fix. It’s to the point where my mom doesn’t even want the money back because she’s asking kindly and has question but they won’t even let her finish it’s rude as heck! I hope the manager is more patient and nicer, she is straightforward but she will not let you finish your question and interrupt right away 🤦‍♂️
