- PCP CumberJun 22, 20262.0It’s about 10 PM on a Monday night and I am shopping in the store towards the back and I can hear a team member arguing yelling and shouting at another team member. This has been going on for like five minutes straight with no regard to the customers that are in the outside aisles that can hear them. What is going on with professionalism in these workplace nowadays? Are managers just not doing their jobs anymore? This is a disgrace. You can tell that it’s an older adult male that’s carrying on like this. When in fact, he should be the one setting the example for the younger person that I just heard walking away from him. Very disappointing.
