Worst customer service of my life. Waiting for pickup for 50 minutes and they hung up on me twice when trying to place me on hold. Because of a physical disability, I cannot shop for groceries myself. They said they accidentally gave my order to someone else. This is not how you treat loyal customers.

This supermarket is incredible. The customer service is excellent, the managers are great, and there is a wide variety of products. I recommend this supermarket to everyone living in Aspen Hill and the surrounding areas. I am a Dasher, and every time I come here, I find everything I need easily—it is very well organized.

Edit: After calling twice I got his name. DELONTE HAYES the "manager" with no customer service skills. During my first call, Delonte Hayes (rude man in the pink shirt) answered and ended up HANGING UP ON ME while I was airing my grievances. I called a second time and got someone else who was extremely helpful and listened to my complaints and seems to be doing something about it. I gave contact info so I am eagerly waiting to hear back from upper management. Fingers crossed this gets addressed appropriately.
Extremely rude man at the front embarrassed, degraded and humiliated me and my gf because she has a service dog. She's been in there with this dog COUNTLESS times with zero issue. I told him the law and he disregarded me entirely. He was claiming the dog needed a vest which is not true. I stated he is a service dog and that should have been the end of it. I asked if he wanted us to leave and he said "you CAN leave" not "you NEED to leave" so we proceeded with the dog and he yelled and stopped us again. He yelled in front of everyone and and humiliated us and traumatized my gf. He caused a scene instead of being calm. He was not dressed as an employee. He was a black man that was wearing a pink button up shirt and what looked like 'holsters' under his arms. There was an employee in uniform that witnessed the scene and I asked him directly whether we needed to leave and he did not say we had to leave. I was never asked to leave but every time we proceeded we were yelled at a berated. Learn the law.
We have been in contact with a lawyer regarding this event.

It’s a very Inconvenience you can’t see the online pick up designated area it was very upsetting I’ve been waiting almost 40mins nobody communicates with you very unorganized Giant i’m so disappointed
