  The staffs are so slow. There’s only one or two people inside we waited for a long time in front of the taking order area for takeout just for them to hear our order. Let alone the time they need to prepare our one order. A lot of times when we dine in, donuts are out of order.

  Terrible coffee, I paid for extra caramel on my drink and had to come back 3 times because it tasted horrible and burnt. Terrible service, don’t waste your money.

  This location is clean. The staff is polite. The staff member name Gloria noticed that I was ordering coffee for my kids and she offered to put less coffee in it. I thought that was real kind of her and thoughtful of her. Thanks Gloria!

  I always come to this store since it’s just nearby, but it happens to me twice that I bought a dozen donuts on their drive thru they just end up messing it up giving me only 9pcs instead of 12pcs with me paying the dozen. I went to the store looking for the manager in charged and seems like they are hiding and nobody attended me even if they are on duty. It’s kind of upsetting why they can’t even count 12pcs and they are not busy at the time I came in. I even emailed them and no response. Bad service

  The Briggs Chaney Dunkin location has really gone down. It’s usually a long wait in the drive through line, even if there are only a couple of cars. They get my coffee order wrong quite often. I’ve had to drive back after leaving the shopping center to have my coffee order corrected more than once or twice. It’s lukewarm and not fresh more often than not. Who wants that! This location is the closest to me but I choose to drive further to get decent service. Some of the servers are rude as well. Management….. please do something about this.
