- RBRiya BudhthapaApr 20, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with the matcha I received today. I clearly asked multiple times for 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup, but my drink was still made with only 2. On top of that, it felt like the drink was rushed it was made in just a few seconds, and the quality really shows. I’ve ordered matcha from Dunkin’ many times before and never had this issue, so this experience was frustrating. Please make sure staff are properly trained to follow customer requests and maintain consistency in drink quality.
