  Morning is under staffed. Poor girl is alone making drinks and taking walk in orders. It's actually not fair to her. Wait time it about 20 minutes sometimes for a single drink. Not sure why they don't hire more help!!!

  it’s an OK place, everytime I get a matcha it’s always FILLED with ice, I only get like 3 sips worth of drink. However the drinks taste good, the food is good, it’s a decent location.

  Wow, the best hash browns I’ve ever had at a dunkin before (crispy, flavorful,) and the mango pineapple refresher was on point too.

  This place needs to hire more people. There’s no sense of urgency from anyone working here. Workers are very slow and mobile orders have to be placed far in advance before anyone can get anything. If I order a coffee via mobile order, it should be ready for me when I walk in. Instead I have to wait sooooo long for them to brew the coffee. This wait makes me late for my appointments every time which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering to begin with. They have to do better because the current staff is awfully slow to be on Georgia Ave, where people are constantly on the go.
