- EGEsmeralda Gervacio5 days ago1.02 workers in the store, one doing drive thru orders and the other one is doing absolutely nothing not even answering my questions. i ask the guy who’s actually working if he’s only doing drive thru orders and he says how he’s the only one and the other lady isn’t allowed to take orders. so how is she working at a place where you need to take orders? she just standing around doing nothing. i have to wait for this guy to finish all these drive thru orders just to try to get 1 donut just to look in the donut case and see all flies on all the donuts so i just left. biggest waste of time. and for some reason the entrance is in the back of the store. how do you have a dunkin donuts and baskin robins in the same store with 2 workers and only 1 of them can do anything? rude lady cant even explain why she’s standing around doing nothing she doesn’t respond back. 0 customer service, would recommend going to another place.

I’ve never seen a line of cars move so quickly. Inside is just as impressive. Every time I come here (every day between 8:30 and 9:00 am) the team is showing nothing but hustle and pleasant attitudes. This location is the Golden Standard of fast and efficient service. I just had a great conversation with the GM and I wanted to ensure that she was aware of her teams phenomenal effort. Thank you Dunkin for being FANTASTIC!!
