  Shali was an awesome server, a the manger Walter was amazing he also made sure my family was well taken care of .. the service is great !! We will be back !

  I came by a couple days ago and I don’t leave reviews ever but I truly had such a pleasant experience I just had to share it with you all. I sat at the bar with my mom (it was my birthday) and we were greeted by a lovely young lady. Helina I believe was her name. My birthday was not meant to be a big deal but she truly made me feel so celebrated. She knows how to work a room for sure. The food was great, certainly not what you’d expect from a chain and the kids had so much fun. Would definitely come back to this location. 10/10

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s in Silver Spring, MD. I sat at the bar for over 30 minutes waiting for food that I never received. During that time, I asked the bartender multiple times about my order and even spoke with management, but nothing was resolved. Despite never receiving my food, I was still pressured to pay immediately. The service was incredibly slow, which was especially frustrating because there were more bartenders than customers. It wasn’t that they were overwhelmed—they simply took an unreasonable amount of time to do their jobs. On top of that, if you need assistance, you have to go searching for customer service yourself instead of anyone checking on you. Management also seemed completely uninvolved and ineffective. Rather than stepping in to fix the situation, they allowed the poor service to continue without any real accountability. Overall, the atmosphere felt unprofessional, the customer service was terrible, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location based on how I was treated. Bartender Helena terrible service.

  Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I went to pick up my order today, and one of the reception ladies upfront was weird and unprofessional. She doesn’t seem suited for a customer service role.

  Dance and activity games are what bring me out to Dave & Busters. Rosy recommended the World Cup special Hat Trick Sliders & Fries and it hit the right spot. Three different sliders each on a delicious King’s Hawaiian roll was served with fresh hot crispy French fries. Rosy recommended the Copa Tres Leches cake for dessert but I had to pass this time as the meal provided the right amount of satisfaction. Thank you Dave & Busters for feeding me. 0:-)
