  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I should have just driven to the Gaithersburg location, where I eat all the time and always receive great service. This was my first time visiting the Silver Spring location, and it will definitely be my last. We waited over 20 minutes before a waitress even came to our table. After placing our order, it took another 40 minutes just to receive five wings—and they didn’t even bring the French fries. I had to ask FOUR separate times before the fries finally arrived. The service was completely unacceptable from start to finish. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no concern for the customer experience. If you’re deciding between locations, do yourself a favor and go to the Gaithersburg location. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the Silver Spring location to anyone. Hands down, the worst service I’ve received at any of their restaurants.

  Our server was nice, but we spent more time waiting for food/the check while watching several waiters sit around because it wasn’t busy at all. Total waste of time when we had other places to be

  It took us over 45min to get served and only got served when I had to get up and go get thr waitress who was oblivious to our table of 4... then we waited forever after to get the food and then wait a long time to get the bill after all that. I wouldnt recommend or come back just based off the service alone.

  Great place to hang out with friends, family, or your significant other. Very spacious, the food is tasty, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. I'll be back!!

  I went during lunchtime on Friday, not busy but still had to physically walk around to find a server after sitting right next to the bar for 15 minutes with servers passing me occasionally. I know why but it’s a shame how far we devolved. Service and professionalism is gone unless you’re fine dinning. Games were great, parking is convenient so 2/3. D&B should invest in higher pay and better quality service.
