  I usually have no problem with this place. But today I was there to buy 2 separate bowls for my kids. The customer service was so rude and acted rude and she transferred my order to the other employee. The way she acted was not nice. And also my daughter have a complaint that this same lady was given her half bowl and everything half. So sad

  BEWARE! This is one those Chipotles that doesn't give out full portions. Plenty of good ones around, just avoid it.

  Disrespectful front of house staff. I had an online order for pickup and showed up after it had been made and they stood around doing nothing and telling me to be patient for 10 minutes. I could see that it was finished and ready to go. The woman in the back was overwhelmed and working her hardest but the three men up front were doing nothing to help while refusing to help me pick up my order. There is no free parking here so I literally had to pay extra on the meter while I waited for a burrito that was already made. Won’t be coming back.

  El peor lugar para recoger comida los Uber o DoorDash , mal trato e ignoran a las personas.Pedi hablar con el manager y me dijo estaba ocupado y no quiso atenderme su nombre es Jay, para mí un lugar que no recomiendo a nadie. This is the worst place for Uber or DoorDash drivers to pick up food; the service is rude, and they ignore people. I asked to speak with the manager—his name is Jay—but he said he was busy and refused to assist me. Personally, this is a place I would not recommend to anyone.
