  I usually get pickup here. Never had a problem with the service or food. Non-stingy portion sizes. I have had to awkwardly hover by the mobile order sign as the shelf with pick up items is inside the kitchen (maybe for security?) but the cashier is pretty quick to acknowledge you and staff seems pleasant overall.

  This location is horrible. First, the food was terrible — everything was cold, the rice was dried out, and the beans were cold too. It seemed like the food had been made hours earlier. The bathrooms were disgusting. There were poop stains, toilet paper everywhere, and it honestly looked worse than a high school bathroom. I spoke to the manager, Adanis, about it and politely asked if the bathrooms could be cleaned. She smiled and acted like she didn’t understand English, That was very rude and not good customer service at all. She also told me that if I left a 5-star review, I would get a free drink and 10% off. I don’t think businesses should be bribing customers for good reviews. Another issue is that they don’t clean the tables, they never have forks, toilet paper, hot sauce, or basic supplies available. There are spills and stains everywhere, and nobody cleans them up. Overall, this place was a horrible experience. I would not recommend coming here.

  I waited nearly 2 hours for my food and it was cold and not even correct! I did not ask for pico de gallo yet they put a lot. Asked for extra sour cream and yet non in sight! Hire people who can read!

  Me and my family have been visiting this Chipotle since it opened. We have lived right down the street since 2012. The customer service at this location sucks, and I’m highly disappointed with the service we received. The entire line treated us poorly, like our business was unwanted. I have never experienced such disrespect at this location before. The whole line’s attitude was terrible and truly unacceptable. The cashier was super nice he even said “thank you” and “have a great day.” Me and my brother walked in laughing and smiling while having a conversation. As we walked up, one of the employees immediately said, “What do you want?” which was extremely rude. The fajita peppers were very low, basically just a small corner left. I asked if I could get fresh peppers, and the lady insisted they were fresh, just overcooked. Then, as we got closer down the line, she said something in Spanish and laughed with the lady who claimed to be the manager. They laughed the entire time we were ordering our food and had negative expressions on their faces the whole time. I didn’t understand the joke, but the behavior was completely unacceptable. As we were checking out, I asked the cashier who the manager was because the lady who was overly rude also threw only one salad dressing in the bag after asking how many we wanted. I clearly stated two each. She then said her name was “Adonis.” Again, this was the worst customer service we have ever experienced at this location. Please fix this problem because this behavior is not okay. I use this Chipotle for catering orders and more, but I will not be supporting this location again until something is done. Multiple people have already stated that the customer service at this location is terrible, and that’s unacceptable.
