I placed an online order for two single chicken tacos, and both of them had nothing more than a pinch of chicken. It honestly looked like someone went out of their way to use as little meat as possible. Whoever prepared my order on July 2 at approximately 4:40 p.m clearly needs to be retrained on Chipotle’s portion standards because they acted like the chicken was coming out of their own paycheck. To make matters worse, we arrived a few minutes before 5:00 p.m to pick up our online order and were almost not allowed inside because the employees said they were closing early for the Fourth of July weekend. However, neither the Chipotle app nor Google reflected the holiday hours, both indicated the restaurant was still open, allowing customers to place orders and expect normal operating hours. If you’re going to close early for a holiday, update your hours across your online platforms so customers aren’t wasting their time driving to your restaurant. Between the unacceptable portions, poor communication, and disappointing customer service, this location completely missed the mark. There are plenty of other Chipotle locations that actually serve reasonable portions and communicate their hours correctly. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I have had to awkwardly hover by the mobile order sign as the shelf with pick up items is inside the kitchen (maybe for security?) but the cashier is pretty quick to acknowledge you and staff seems pleasant overall.
