  Cashier took my order press the wrong button gave me spicy sandwich instead of regular deluxe when I returned sandwich NeNe said I couldn't get fresh fries because of Cashier mistake they wanted me to wait on them to refix my order and eat cold fries she refused to give me fresh fries I will not longer eat at any of these establishments or my family

  Best Chickfila. Line is only busy during lunch or dinner but besides that they get the line moving quick.

  Put my order in 1:26 pm through the mobile, yeah it’s all about customer service. Evidently Chick-fil-A doesn’t give a crap. Oh it’s our computer system. All that is just an excuse. I didn’t receive my order till 2:02 PM and there was other people that had the order through the mobile app after me and I put in mine through the mobile app first now Chick-fil-A is saying it’s my fault that is totally unacceptable. I hope someone from corporate read this review cause I’m very unsatisfied. I mean, I was hungry I mean damn I even asked for my money back so I will give it a zero but Google only allows you to give one star I said to the manager I haven’t received my food then they said all it probably didn’t go through the computer yet and then her staff member said oh I’ll push it through first. They said oh and never came through the computer system but then she said oh we’ll push it through so which is it you knew my order came in now I said I will push it through. I put the order in at 1:26 and then I don’t receive my food until 202 I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for food. I understand places get busy whatever but there’s no excuse to say oh the computer system and no damn apology for me. That’s totally unacceptable. I asked for my money back since I had to wait and yes, the food was extremely cold and I said well I want better food. I was still had to wait. That’s totally unacceptable and yes, I have filed my complaint with Chick-fil-A cares

  Went at the height of lunchtime and the line moved fast and food was hot. We didn’t have to wait very long to receive our order. Only complaint is lack of seating. The restaurant is in a high traffic area and there were limited seating options. Overall the food was good and the restaurant was clean.

  Never made it inside to order...had 1000 kids standing outside in front No drive thru...very weird set up
