They told me they only give a senior discount for single scoop ice cream. I don’t know maybe because I got a quart the discount would’ve been more money.

I told the guy (Jeramias) that I didn’t want extra ice cream, I just wanted a little less milk. He quickly and very rudely informed me “that isn’t the point of a milk shake… it’s called a MILK…. SHAKE.” I quickly told him nevermind after seeing the charges on the screen were upcharging me. I told him I do not want him making the milkshakes, cancel the order. He did not care a bit. I could guess I’m probably not the first customer treated like that. I drove around to ask another lady working the drive thru (with a headset on) what the name of the guy who was taking my order was. She ignored me, walked over to the guy at the counter and he also came to the window with her- talking about the milkshake incident (in English). When I asked her again what the guys name was she said she didn’t know English… so I asked her in Spanish… both the guy and she told me his name was Jeremias. He looked at me and batted his eyelashes, smiling, and basically told me to “have a nice day.” It was such a rude experience, I won’t be visiting this location again. There are 2 others in close distance. Where do they find these people. Is customer service dead? Yikes.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
Yes. Registered businesses can purchase $500 or more in Baskin-Robbins gift cards from the Inspire Brands Corporate Gift Card Program. Visit here, or email bulkgiftcards@inspirebrands.com if you have questions about this program.
Where can I use my Baskin-Robbins gift card?
Our gift cards are accepted at participating Baskin-Robbins locations, Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins combo locations and Dunkin’ locations in the U.S. only.

Please treat your Baskin-Robbins gift card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. However, you can register your gift card in the BR App to keep track of it digitally.
