  I ordered a sandwich through doordash and they literally forgot to add the meat t o my sandwhich. How do you forget to add the meat!?! This is lazy and just plain ridiculous. Maybe more training and better screening of your employees will help but I won't be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.

  Never have I ever seen a “manger” handle a simple situation over cheese the way this lady did! Very unprofessional and to embarrass your employee at the register. So uncalled for ! You should be fired and never allow to manage anyone ! The embarrassment your employee must’ve felt the way you treated him ! I wish I had my phone recording. All because of cheese !! Ridiculous!!

  I ordered 3 sandwiches. One person in front. Asked how long it would take after waiting 5 min. Older lady said I don't know, wouldn't give an estimate. Regretting the 5 dollar tip after this attitude. Won't be returning.

  Why is ikr that over the last couple of years each time we’ve gone in and ordered there’s been an issue with how the sub was made? Word of advice, open your sandwich and check to make sure it’s correct before you leave. Do better Jimmy John’s.!
