  Why is ikr that over the last couple of years each time we’ve gone in and ordered there’s been an issue with how the sub was made? Word of advice, open your sandwich and check to make sure it’s correct before you leave. Do better Jimmy John’s.!

  Very disappointed with my blt. I can go to wawa and get the BEST blt loaded with bacon for $5. Jimmy johns blt are over $9 and you get 2 pieces of bacon hardly any tomatoes on mostly bread! Very mad I didn't go to wawa

  The ham was not fresh. Good thing I looked at it in between the bread. It was brown/green color. How dare you not watch what you serve to customers.
