  I come here often and I have to say the Service here is fantastic! Special shoutout to Maritza and Marina!! They’re always so polite and great to see. Every time I come in, they’re on top of everything. The whole team is consistently friendly, fast, and efficient whenever I pick up my food. This is easily the best-run Chipotle in the area! Great job! Also, a shoutout to the manager, who is always attentive and makes sure everything runs smoothly - he is very friendly as well.

  White rice is not fully cooked again! When I bought this up at the counter, the lady does not seem appreciative.

  The employee behind the counter had a beard and long hair with no hair net or covering to prevent hair from falling into the food, which was pretty gross right away. When my wife ordered two bowls and a quesadilla, I clarified by saying “kids quesadilla.” The employee preparing the food visibly and audibly grunted in frustration. After the rice and protein were selected, the food was thrown into the bowls in a rushed, careless way that felt more like a school cafeteria than a restaurant. The order was then passed down the line to another employee who was very rude and short-tempered. I asked for everything on my bowl, but at least four items were skipped—not because they were out, but because there seemed to be little patience to listen to the order. A lid was placed on the bowl and it was pushed aside without checking or confirming anything. At one point, metal tongs were loudly scraped across the bottom of a pan just to signal to a customer behind us that bell peppers were out, which came across as unnecessarily aggressive. The restaurant itself also looked poorly maintained. There was trash on the counters, the floor, and throughout the dining area. Because of the overall experience, returning isn’t very likely unless the craving is strong and this happens to be the only Chipotle nearby.

  Ridiculously slow service. Multiple people working but just standing around and talking as a line of 20+ formed with one person making orders.
