  Meat lover's pizza was great! The double chocolate cookie was edible but not cooked all the way and not sliced. They had no milk and a very limited amount of drink choices. They seemed confused by our want to dine in and didn't have plates (we received paper plates) and charged us up front like a carry out order. The food came out in delivery boxes. We were never checked on. The dining area was empty for good reason; tables were disgusting, dirty and sticky. The floors stuck to your shoes and were stained and filthy. The lights were randomly turning off and on (shorting) throughout the dining area, like a comical magical light display. The phones were ringing and ignored continuously. The bathroom was very neglected, but at least had soap and paper towels. I can see why so many Pizza Huts have gone to delivery and carry out only.

  This location will always have a special place in my heart. It has that nostalgic 90s flavor that I remember. When we bought our first house, our first meal was from here. The day I found out we were expecting after over a decade of waiting to become parents, we had pizza from here. Our now 6yo lost his first tooth while we were dining in here a couple of days ago. Everyone is always so friendly and I hope to make many more memories with my little family here :)

  My food wasn’t good at all and the customer service needs to be better. No one greeted me as I walked in nor asked my name for the order just told me my order wasn’t ready yet without that information. Employees having big headphones on at the register and having inappropriate conversations complaining about other employees. Not a great experience and I won’t be returning.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Staff didn’t know the advertised specials, and I was overcharged for my order. When I politely asked for a resolution, I was told nothing could be done. On top of that, the conversation between staff at the counter was loud and unprofessiona lots of cursing, which normally may not have bothered me as much.If they were paying attention and took my order correctly The toppings on my pizza were incorrect despite paying extra. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning

  On Wednesday 4/29/26 I called in a delivery order for two pizzas from the Severn Pizza Hut. I received a text messsge that a third party driver had my order and it was in its way. 30 minutes, no pizza so I texted the number back. The driver said they cancelled my order because they couldn’t wait and didn’t know the status. I called Pizza Hut like 8 times to try to find out what happened. No one knew , 4 of those calls just went dead. They acted like me paying for two pizzas and expecting them to actually show up was somehow my problem. This place is an absolute joke. Oh the pizzas I paid $29 for never showed up 😆
