- MRMedaney RobersonMay 11, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Staff didn’t know the advertised specials, and I was overcharged for my order. When I politely asked for a resolution, I was told nothing could be done. On top of that, the conversation between staff at the counter was loud and unprofessiona lots of cursing, which normally may not have bothered me as much.If they were paying attention and took my order correctly The toppings on my pizza were incorrect despite paying extra. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning
- CBc bApr 30, 20261.0On Wednesday 4/29/26 I called in a delivery order for two pizzas from the Severn Pizza Hut. I received a text messsge that a third party driver had my order and it was in its way. 30 minutes, no pizza so I texted the number back. The driver said they cancelled my order because they couldn’t wait and didn’t know the status. I called Pizza Hut like 8 times to try to find out what happened. No one knew , 4 of those calls just went dead. They acted like me paying for two pizzas and expecting them to actually show up was somehow my problem. This place is an absolute joke. Oh the pizzas I paid $29 for never showed up 😆

She said a white short guy with glasses and brown hair ( she said the employees called him luke), he was so nasty towards her, and said everything in a disrespectful tone. So i went in there and tried to see what was going on and he got nasty with me. I immediately asked for a refund and went to another location to get my pizza. Just disrespectful. On the other hand i did meet a lovely young lady named Samirra she deserves a raise!
