  Placed order, paid, showed up and they claim to be closed for maintenance. They do this far too often, as I come here all the time for uber deliveries that they can’t fulfill.

  Honestly, this was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The food tasted stale, cold, and poorly made. Fries were soggy, the burger looked thrown together, and everything felt low quality. If you’re paying for fast food, at least it should taste fresh. Definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Their register was broken and they didn’t refund

  Did a mobile order and did not receive an item. I called the store to get a refund and they told me I’d have to drive back to the store to get a refund, even though it was a mobile order. The woman on the phone (her name is Clara) caught an immediate attitude with me and hung up, disgusting customer service.

  Mostly automated no customer service no person to person machines dirty, tables unclean, some kinda foreign substance on card swipe buttons. 1 order kiosk closed, poor place employees with long/lots of hair no hair nets used.
