  For fast food ts is slow, especially at night. It’s Taco Bell, it taste like Taco Bell should but fast food is not the correct term 😭

  Took 20 minutes to get our food and what appeared to be a manager came into the dining room having a very loud conversation with his phone on speaker. Food was good and the order was correct. Maybe I should have gone through the drive-thru and then went inside to eat. It was moving about like normal. Next time I'll go to the store by SU.

  For this being a brand new Taco Bell it was not a good experience. Our order consisted of 2 Mexican pizzas and the $7.00 value box. The pizzas were ok but the value box was in no way good. The soft taco was good but the other 2 items were horrible. The one the outside wrap was hard as a brick ( very hard to eat ) the burrito was soggy and the taste was off. I should have known that this wasn't going to be a good experience when the worker outside smoking came in and went right to making food WITHOUT WASHING THIER HANDS. You have to place your own order into the computer system, which is confusing. I requested that the receipt be texted to my phone (still haven't received that as of yet, been over an hour now). The dinning area was not very clean ( the floor had food on it and not just in one spot ) the bathroom was clean. The outside dinning area was clean but it was way to hot to eat outside. I will be going to the Taco Bell on the south side of town. Better food and better service there, never had a problem there. I will not be going back to that location again unless they clean up their act and get the food and service up to the standards of Taco Bell.

  Cashier was super nice. Aswell as the woman who gave me my food. Food was great also

  Great customer service but I paid $6 for a plain cheese quesadilla. There was the tiniest sprinkle of cheese in it. So I basically paid $6 for a single tortilla :( rip off
