The freeze machine never works and the food takes forever when dining inside

I know this location is new, but they ha e started off on the wrong foot. My family and I have ordered for this location numerous times, and more times then not, they either shorted us our food, messed up the order, and today, my wife was standing inside waiting for our order for close to 45 minutes..... UNACCEPTABLE...... This location needs some SERIOUS guidance.... We used to order from the Salisbury South location and never had an issue. They were always exactly on point and quick with the service. Starting tonight I believe we will be resorting back to that location. If you plan on ordering anything other than a regular taco on a not so busy day, beware...... Sad Story.....

I would give them more. This is just me, but I can't seem to get someone to put the Nacho powder on the French fries at a level worthy of the price you're paying for a potato.

Very disappointing! And why bother to ask me if i want sauce and even print it on my ticket just to not put it in my bag. Ill make my own tacos from now on.

I don't usually leave reviews for fast food, but dude - these were THEE NICEST employees ever. We came in at 10pm and I make weird food orders (like soft tacos without the taco...) and they were just so freaking polite and nice. Had to immediately leave a review. Thank you for your kind staff. Restaurant was also super clean, food was great. You guys are awesome 👌
