  I don't usually leave reviews for fast food, but dude - these were THEE NICEST employees ever. We came in at 10pm and I make weird food orders (like soft tacos without the taco...) and they were just so freaking polite and nice. Had to immediately leave a review. Thank you for your kind staff. Restaurant was also super clean, food was great. You guys are awesome 👌

  Took 20 minutes to get our food and what appeared to be a manager came into the dining room having a very loud conversation with his phone on speaker. Food was good and the order was correct. Maybe I should have gone through the drive-thru and then went inside to eat. It was moving about like normal. Next time I'll go to the store by SU.

  For this being a brand new Taco Bell it was not a good experience. Our order consisted of 2 Mexican pizzas and the $7.00 value box. The pizzas were ok but the value box was in no way good. The soft taco was good but the other 2 items were horrible. The one the outside wrap was hard as a brick ( very hard to eat ) the burrito was soggy and the taste was off. I should have known that this wasn't going to be a good experience when the worker outside smoking came in and went right to making food WITHOUT WASHING THIER HANDS. You have to place your own order into the computer system, which is confusing. I requested that the receipt be texted to my phone (still haven't received that as of yet, been over an hour now). The dinning area was not very clean ( the floor had food on it and not just in one spot ) the bathroom was clean. The outside dinning area was clean but it was way to hot to eat outside. I will be going to the Taco Bell on the south side of town. Better food and better service there, never had a problem there. I will not be going back to that location again unless they clean up their act and get the food and service up to the standards of Taco Bell.

  Great deal on the luxe box you get five items for $9.00. Food is made fresh. The restaurant was very well managed on my visit. The staff was efficient and the dining area was well stocked and clean. The young gentleman who came out to clean tables was very polite. The restroom was clean as well. Supplies well stocked. All staff were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my dining experience.
