- ACAndrew CollinsJul 10, 20261.0I drive for Uber Eats, and this Papa John’s location is easily one of the most frustrating places to deal with. The problem isn’t just slow service—it’s the attitude. There’s always at least one employee who clearly doesn’t want to work and makes it everyone else’s problem. Telling drivers to “just cancel the order if you don’t want to wait” is ridiculous. We get penalized for cancellations, so that’s not a solution—it’s just laziness. If we wait, you get an attitude. If we don’t, we take a hit. That’s not how this is supposed to work. At the end of the day, drivers are part of your business too. Without us, those orders don’t get delivered. A little effort, basic communication, and some respect would go a long way—but clearly that’s too much to ask here.

I ordered through the mobile app but the prices in store are always reasonable too . the staff are very friendly and helpful , the store was kept very clean and organized . The Pizza and brownies I had were very tasty and the entire order was prepared in a more than reasonable time . I look forward to ordering from this store again and seeing more of the staff and employees . They're doing a great job at this store .
