  This was the nicest mcdonalds and and so clean. The manager AJ was the most helpful so kind and definitely went above and beyond for his customers and staff.

  Tonight was a very busy night, I'm pretty sure that they were understaffed. I tried to order a mcdouble meal in the drive thru and apparently it didn't exist anymore so I just got fries and a coke no sandwich with the the other meals I ordered. The receipt tape was out of ink so I didn't know when I went back in to let them know I had a missing sandwich. Chloe was very sweet and understanding. Even though the misunderstanding was more on my part she handled it so well and made sure I got my order. Meanwhile there were so many people coming in with all kinds of issues she was kind, calm, collected. I don't know how one handles so much, I hope McDonald's sees the gem that Chloe is to her co-workers and customers. People like her in this business are far and few in between. I will be in again, and would like to personally thank her one more time!!!

  Mobile breakfast is a scam. We placed our breakfast order at 10:45 and they didn't make it at all, even when the app said they were prepping our order. So when we got there, they said they couldn't make our food. AVOID BREAKFAST HERE.

  Are you kidding me? This is what I recieve. How is this not seen? Completely unacceptable. The patty paper is easily visible and stuck hard on it. This was from me requesting no pickles/mustard. So this was specially made and this is what I get. This looks like employees tampering with food because someone had a special request. Who knows if worse wasn't done. This is probably the most disgusting thing I've received at a fast food restaurant. I get mistakes are made and maybe not initially caught, but to not catch it when you made the burger, this was on purpose. Thankfully I saw the paper overhangingthr bun before I took a bite. I hope the health department visits. Beyond unacceptable. What you charge for food and get this. I have tried contacting via Twitter and website and zero response. What I would expect from a company that allows this

  Drive-thru super long. I popped in, order breakfast sandwich and coffee, washed my hands, order was ready and perfect, hopped in car and exited. Yes, there were only 2 cars still at drive-thru. Thanks to the excellent team, everyone in the "after church" group was happy. Even the 2 men inside that had 4nlarge bags to go for their work crew cleaning up downed trees.
