    I’m extremely disappointed with the night crew at McDonald’s because every time I go, my order is either messed up or items are missing. When I try to address it, they always complain, argue back, and ask for a receipt even though they never give one in the first place, so there’s no proof on my end. Today, May 10 at 9pm , I ordered 2 ten-piece meals, a 20-piece nugget, a large fry, and 3 McChickens and my total was 38.59. When I got home, I realized we were missing 1 ten-piece meal and all 3 McChickens. I drove all the way back to explain the issue, and instead of helping, a lady came out saying she bagged all the orders, so there was nothing wrong. I told her I wasn’t trying to argue, I just wanted either the missing food or a refund. She kept insisting she did nothing wrong and said if food was missing, she would know. Then she asked where the bag was and said without proof she wouldn’t give me anything. I had already left the bag at home because I had to rush back. She continued arguing, saying there was no reason for me to be missing food, and then said she didn’t want to deal with it and told me to come back tomorrow. That is unacceptable customer service. This is not the first time this has happened with the night crew, and it’s beyond frustrating, especially when complaints have already been made and nothing changes. I expect a refund for the missing food, and I hope management finally addresses the ongoing issues with the night shift because clearly I’m not the only customer dealing with bad service

    Overall, absolutely terrible. I've been here multiple times and more often than not I leave pretty upset. If you place your order anywhere BUT the front counter, you can't get your cup while you wait 20mins for your order. Good luck getting someone to make eye contact at the front counter though. I've had multiple orders come wrong (I eat everything plain, it's literally less work, you have to try harder to mess it up). Then one night I was in a bind, didn't bring lunch to work, and I work at the plant right down the street so I go through the drive through (more long waits) order a double cheeseburger plain just to get mouth full of char/grill scrapings. The atmosphere is 5 stars, because other customers are very patient and friendly, I however am having my patience tested with this place.

    Apparently it's too late to add my code? Shitty surface plus they put 4 doubles on my order when I said 2 and she apparently is sassy. African American or Jamaican teen. Around 5ft 3 or so.not ordering here again at night. I dont have time for stopping to get a refund but yeah straight garbage service

    Food was subpar. I order on the app for drive thru pickup, I was asked to park (which for this location happens everytime no matter the time of day or how busy they are), we waited 15mintues before we were notified they lost one of my orders. I went inside asked very politely to speak with a manager. After I explained my situation the manager was very rude, told me that it wasnt their fault they had only been there a week and that I could order from the other locations next time if I didnt like their customer service. I suggest avoiding this location if you are looking for a quick convenient meal or good costumer service. They have neither.
