  Sunday afternoon at 12:30 and I walk into a very busy grocery store as suspected. No grocery carts inside. The Baskets are located on only one side of the store. With my few items I go to check out and find long lines on the only TWO lanes with an actual cashier. Taking nearly 15 minutes to check out I counted between 5-6 female employees comigrating at the front at any given moment doing anything but actually working and opening another register.

  Had an unpleasant experience with one of the stockers here. Had to ask “can I ask you a question” just to ask a question and still got attitude. Asked me did I look—I said yes—and when he found it, he looked at me like I didn’t. How about you check the cameras if you think that. Funny thing is, soon as he realized I knew the manager, his whole energy changed. That tells me everything.

  Carts have geofencing on them. Cannot park near DG even when parking lot is full because their carts won’t make it to your car to load. They have locks to stop the wheels. When i called to suggest extending the geofence i was told nothing we can do about it it’s to prevent carts from going all the way down to dollar tree. Dollar tree is 6 more stores down the dollar general is directly next to food lion. Therefore that parking is mostly food lion customers and yet we can’t even load our carts into our cars. Nor do we know anything about it this so we don’t discover it until we’re leaving the store. Unsafe for those with kids.
