  I usually like this store. But your cashiers need actual training and pay attention to what there doing. I go in get my groceries spent almost 30 min in line waiting to check out the cashier kept double and triple ringing my products up mind you shes young and just obviously didnt know what she was doing ive never seen her before. When she actually gets it right and finishes ringing it all mind you she has someone supposed to be filling bags but he was just as bad walking all around. I get home and half my groceries were missing. Half of my bags were on the counter and half were on the floor in front of her behind the register. She handed us some of the bags then jumped to the next customer in line. We get home and only had half went back up there. And shes like you forgot your groceries. First of no mam your to busy not paying attention you didnt give us them. Just like the carless re ringing the items . Manager says we are not trying to piss you off. What pissed me off is I stood there waiting in line for 25 min. Then your cashier and bagger between the 2 of them cant do their jobs. I come to the store alot. Ive never seen either one of them employees but they need better training. Scatter brained. Is what I would call it. And I wouldnt of been so mad if I didnt havt to drive all the way back up there of your employees carelessness. But dont tell me I forgot them. No you didnt give them to us. How do you have 2 people and still not get it right? I usually love this store. And it aggravates me that you throw your people on registers with improper training on the middle of a rush. 1 full register running and you got her running it. Long line of people and it takes 15 min to get through 1 customer bec of her carelessness. At least open a second register with someone who knows that they are doing. I wont use that cashier ever again. I like the store personally. But train your people cause when you dont it makes your management look bad.

  Sunday afternoon at 12:30 and I walk into a very busy grocery store as suspected. No grocery carts inside. The Baskets are located on only one side of the store. With my few items I go to check out and find long lines on the only TWO lanes with an actual cashier. Taking nearly 15 minutes to check out I counted between 5-6 female employees comigrating at the front at any given moment doing anything but actually working and opening another register.

  Had an unpleasant experience with one of the stockers here. Had to ask “can I ask you a question” just to ask a question and still got attitude. Asked me did I look—I said yes—and when he found it, he looked at me like I didn’t. How about you check the cameras if you think that. Funny thing is, soon as he realized I knew the manager, his whole energy changed. That tells me everything.
