  I bought dinner from this location at 8:45p and was told they had no tortilla chips available but there were twenty bags above the to-go counter. I asked if I could buy one as I was dining in but was told they were for Togo orders. I looked at the Togo order display, zero orders pending. Another patron had the same issue, the people behind the counter just giggled and said they just “work here”. He had to place a mobile order just to buy chips, while standing there AT THE COUNTER. The self- service counter had no utensils and was very dirty. Covered in trash. Workers cared more about gossiping to each other and not even listening to the person making my order say what the bowl was and the cashier charged me less than I should’ve paid for.

  Only been there twice first experience not that great. Try it again never received my food they allow somebody else to pick it up on 9/25/26 around 2:45 p.m. Whoever the manager is there that I spoke to was nonchalant about i. Acting as if something that is normal that happens all the time. Will make you another one.I don't have time sir for you to make me another one.I'm on my way to work that's why I ordered it online to be ready. Worse Chipotle ever.

  Beef was dry, chewy and tasted off. No veggies, ran out of meat and wouldn’t offer to make more. Ran out of guacamole. Didn’t have salad dressing. Chipotle in whole has become more spicier than ever. Can’t eat here anymore. Used to be my go to. $20 for what??

  Horrible location. Tables/seats need to cleaned, soda station dirty with trash but tonight hit an all time low. Soda station was dirty, juice containers empty, and no forks. Asked the person at cash register for forks and he asked me to wait because they were busy. Another customer asked and was told that they were completely out of forks! The floor was dirty (what looked like a clean mini pad was on the floor). It was really busy but it seems like the person doing the web orders could have monitored the soda station. I saw her sweeping her area and then disappear in the back.

  I want in to spend a bunch of money. Family sized meal. I asked for chips and just a large cup of salsa. Instead of the tiny ones. The Hispanic lady in there went off on the cashier in front of everyone. It was so rude. I would have paid for it. But the Hispanic woman flipped out! So unprofessional and rude! I’m sorry to the young lady who helped me check out. She was amazing.
