We politely told the young man that this wasn’t the usual way it’s made, but two of his coworkers responded with an attitude, saying that’s how they do it in their store, instead of simply being courteous about it. The food was good, though.

- SGSwag GulJun 19, 20261.0It is very unprofessional here on 6/19/2026 I walked in to get a meal for my lunch I asked the lady for double rice she ignored me then I asked for double meat because I love the Barbacoa the lady puts one scoop then pick up a little more and spread it out since it shredded and made it seem like it was double I didn’t say anything because that lady has gave me a heard time before and I didn’t wanna cause any problems because I was really hungry I proceeded to tell the lady at the register she didn’t give me extra u can look and she said ok with a smile and still charged me extra then try not to give me my receipt until I asked for it I look at it seen she charge me and asked for her manger her manager then started being rude and speaking in Spanish so I couldn’t under but she does speak English i felt very uncomfortable I feel like ever since the first incident the lady has been being rude I try to ignore it but enough is enough I will b calling cooperate because the manager is very unprofessional as well
