  First I made an order with a nice young man but he got my order wrong and charged for the wrong meal. Next, the girl outside named Irelyn said they can't do fries with no salt. Never have I heard that from chicken fila and I been to plenty of them! She claimed she corrected my order but when I got my food the order was still wrong! At that point I was passed and already back at work. I will NOT be going back to this location. Will just go up north!

  Hopefully this was a one off but got a #7 breakfast meal. I did not receive a English muffin top, I don't know how you forget to complete the sandwich🤨

  I have been to this location 2 times for breakfast .Both times the service has been slow and they seem unprepared ,not your typical fast service .Aslo it was a bad idea to put the drive through near the main road they cant hear you when you tell them your order so you end up almost yelling it .The staff was friendly and polite it is just unfortunate that the service is not up to par .

  Been to this particular location roughly five times since they opened and four out of five times they have got my order wrong. These are not complicated and/or large orders during busy hours either. Its a simple switch the colby cheese to pepper jack and add pickles; it says it right on the sticker stuck to the box. For some reason though that's too complicated to execute. This location opened in February and its now May, the kinks should have worked out by now. North side is ten times better, avoid the frustration and just go there.

  Compared to north chick fil a, this is such a downgrade in hospitality and food service. My partner and I regularly eat at chick fil a, however every time we have visited this location, there is no enthusiasm from order takers, the drive through wait time is ridiculous (10-30 minutes) and the food has been mediocre at this location. My order (that I placed via the app) is constantly missing items, or having the wrong items. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However this has to be one of if not the worst chick fil a locations I’ve ever been to. It’s worth the drive to just go to the north location and save the headache.
