We ordered milkshakes and were told it was going to take 20 minutes because there were two milkshake orders in front of us and they were trying to clean up and close the milkshake machine. Why would you try to close it at 10 when the hours are listed as open till midnight? By time we pulled around to the window, the order of milkshakes in front of us was done and being given to the customer. So the little brunette girl lied for what? To do less work? Lazy and inconsiderate.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
