  I’ll be honest, I usually appreciate a warm “welcome” when I come to a restaurant, so the interaction at the intercom felt a little rushed at first. But the food more than made up for it. I ordered the Turkey Ranch & Bacon sandwich, and it completely blew me away. It was fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the best Arby’s sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Whoever made my order deserves serious credit because it was clear they cared about the quality. I felt like I got my money’s worth, which is something I can’t always say at other locations. Overall, this Arby’s made my night better, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance. I’d definitely come back again for food this good, but I don’t want to jinx it - just in case this was a rare thing. I would so hire the person who made my sandwich if I had a food sandwich business. That person deserves “Sandwich Maker of the Year” award.

  It is a nice place to get a bit to eat. But I have a friend who only wants to eat there. I get tired of the same place once a week for like 2 years.

  Let me start by saying that I never make reviews but this experience was unacceptable and I had to say something. 4/20/26 I went to the drive thru to get a quick bite before class because I was close to being late and needed to eat. I ordered a number 5 w/ crinkle cut fries and a medium drink. My first issue was that it took (in my opinion) a little too long for my food to be ready but I didn’t complain. Then I give the cashier my card to pay for my food. He swipes it a few times and it’s not going through so I politely asked for my card back and offered to pay in cash. He ignores me and swipes again, I say I can pay with cash. He goes “no this happens all the time, it’ll work.” (Mind you- I come there a lot because it’s close to wor-wic and I have never had this issue before nor have I seen this man work here.) I then have to ask for my card back in a stern tone and he finally hands it back and takes my cash. That was unacceptable because he really should’ve given me my card when I asked. Then I park and realize that they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle cut but it’s no big deal. I’m rushing to take a few bites of my burger because I need to eat before class. I look down and realize my burger is very undercooked. Because I was running late for class, I had no time to go back and show staff the burger so I am writing this review. Again, never complain about fast food but this was ridiculous.

  Gross, cd food, fries with hair in them and some staff have attitude issues toward customers when they make a mistake.
