  We had been there the night before and gave the young man with green hair, taking our order a tip. My husband was obsessed with the new chees steak sub. So, we go back with uur family of 4 at 8:30pm. The same guy at the register. We asked if we could eat there.. he responded, " I am mopping right now." We then asked if they closed at 9pm. He said reluctantly, yes. We decided to eat there and he told us to not make a mess. We started our order, my husband ordered a sweet tea. The attendant had the tea container on the counter next to the register and said, " I am taking it to the freezer. I dont think tea today." I then responded, "I thought you close at 9pm?" I told my husband let's leave. Seems they have so much business.. let's go to McDonald's. The guy never apologized, just shrugged his shoulders. Thats why Arby's will go out of business. 0 out of 10.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If you can't or don't eat cheese, DO NOT EAT HERE! The people who work here are, apparently, completely incapable of getting an order right! We asked for NO CHEESE and they put CHEESE on it!!! It can't be taken off cause they melt it into the meat.. so gross! It literally takes MORE effort to put cheese on the sliders than NOT to! The food IS NOT THAT EVEN THAT GOOD EITHER!!! Seriously just go to BURGER KING! This is only the 2nd time I've had crap from Arby's. Cause it's really weird (and kinda gross) to go out for fast food and get roast beef. Something that could be easily made at home. Or you could get a really good roast beef sandwich at a deli or diner. You want that Arby's sauce? Try A1, it's better. It's just steak sauce. Well, I tried Arby's and it's gross. If you're gonna eat fast food, get something that's been cooked. SMH. This place is horrible. I'll never eat Arby's again and there is no loss there at all. Everything they have, there are a MYRIAD of places who have the same thing only a trillion times BETTER. Don't eat at Arby's.

  Got late night food at this location. Fries were very dry and could not be eaten. Same with the fried chicken sandwich. Also the peach cobbler. All dried up and burnt as if the fryer oil was bad and hasn’t been changed. For over $47 this is unacceptable!! I could have got a nice steak for this price but due to late night at work trusted Arby’s to at least make edible food.
